Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perawatan wajah modern terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Klinik Kecantikan London Beauty Center Jakarta Barat.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, melibatkan 76 responden wanita dewasa yang merupakan pelanggan London Beauty Center.Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Sistematis Random Sampling.Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan perawatan wajah modern memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator variabel valid dan reliabel. Uji normalitas dan linearitas menunjukkan data memenuhi asumsi normalitas dan linearitas. Regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 76,1%, menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan perawatan wajah modern berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Klinik Kecantikan London Beauty Center. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of the quality of modern facial care services on consumer satisfaction at the London Beauty Center Beauty Clinic, West Jakarta. This research was carried out using quantitative methods, involving 76 adult female respondents who were customers of the London Beauty Center. The sampling technique used Systematic Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the research show that the quality of modern facial care services has a significant positive influence on consumer satisfaction. Validity and reliability tests show that all variable indicators are valid and reliable. Normality and linearity tests show that the data meets the assumptions of normality and linearity. Simple linear regression shows that improving service quality will increase consumer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 76.1%, indicating a strong influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction. It can be concluded that the quality of modern facial care services influences consumer satisfaction at the London Beauty Center Beauty Clinic. *****
