Abstract

Dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan dari keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada kegiatan receiving. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pekerja di gudang cdcbanda yaitu sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi secara langsung serta dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji T, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bagi para pekerja dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menyatakan persamaan Y = 3,884 + 0,892 X, konstanta yang diperoleh sebesar 3,884 dapat diartikan bahwa koefisien regresi tersebut berpengaruh nilai positif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh dari Variabel X terhadap Y memiliki arah pengaruh yang positif. Hasil Uji T menghasilkan nilai signifikasi yaitu sebesar 0,001. Syarat dari pengambilan keputusan hipotesis diterima atau ditolak didasarkan pada besarnya nilai signifikasi. Maka jika signifikasi lebih kecil atau sama dengan 0,05 maka hasil hipotesis diterima. Hasil dari uji koefisien determinasi nilai R Square yaitu sebesar 0,430 yang berarti 43% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sisanya sebesar 57% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The population in this study were workers at the CDCbanda warehouse, namely 65 people. The data collection technique used was direct observation and distribution of questionnaires. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis carried out was Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research prove that occupational safety and health have a positive influence on the performance of workers. The results of a simple linear regression test state that the equation Y = 3.884 + 0.892 The influence of Variable X on Y has a positive direction. The T Test results produce a significance value of 0.001. The conditions for making a hypothesis decision to be accepted or rejected are based on the magnitude of the significance value. So if the significance is less than or equal to 0.05 then the hypothesis result is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination test for the R Square value are 0.430, which means that 43% of performance is influenced by occupational safety and health variables.
