Abstract

Masalah yang seringkali muncul pada RTG yang dioperasikan yakni komponen mengalami kegagalan fungsi oleh karena itu dibutuhkan Perhitungan kuantitatif yang ditampilkan sebagai penentu interval perawatan optimal. Dari pengamatan yang diperoleh dapat dideskripsikan terkait komponen kritis yang diprioritaskan perawatannya pada RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) yakni kegagalan fungsi Twist Lock dalam Spreader. Pada saat RTG di PT Multi Terminal dioperasikan tekadang komponen tersebut gagal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectivenes) dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. metode ini untuk menghitung nilai ketersediaan alat, kinerja alat dan juga rata-rata kualitas dari alat tersebut. Hasil Perhitungan Availibility Alat RTG yaitu 98,33%, Nilai Performance 84,90%, dan nilai Rate of quality alat yaitu sebesar 100%. Nilai tersebut diambil dari waktu kerja perbulan yaitu sebesar 8.400 menit dan total waktu breakdown sebesar total sebesar 700 menit. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang mengacu pada metode OEE. Nilai rata-rata availability RTG di PT MTI selama 5 bulan periode adalah sebesar 98 % dimana sudah sangat memenuhi standart dunia menurut JIPM, dengan waktu operasi selama 8.400 menit atau setara dengan 140 jam per-bulan. Nilai rata – rata Performance yang didapatkan RTG selama periode 5 bulan adalah sebesar 84%. The problem that often arises in operated RTGs is that components malfunction, therefore it is necessary to calculate the quantity displayed to determine the optimal maintenance interval. From the observations obtained, it can be described regarding critical components that are prioritized for maintenance on the RTG, namely the failure of the Twist Lock function in the Spreader. When the RTG at PT Multi Terminal is operating, sometimes these components fail. This research uses the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method with a quantitative descriptive method approach. This method is used to calculate the value of tool availability, tool Performance and also the average quality of the tool. The calculation results for the Availability of the RTG Tool are 98.33%, the Performance Value is 84.90%, and the Rate of Quality value of the tool is 100%. This value is taken from the monthly working time, which is 8,400 minutes and the total breakdown time is 700 minutes. Based on calculations that refer to the OEE method. The average value of RTG availability at PT MTI over a 5 month period was 98% which already meets world standards according to JIPM, with an operating time of 8,400 minutes or the equivalent of 140 hours per month. The average Performance value obtained by RTG over a 5 month period was 84%.
