Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK dan mengidentikifikasi hal-hal yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK dilihat dari aspek-aspek kesiapan kerja, yaitu aspek bekerja sama, tanggung jawab, bersikap kritis, mampu beradaptasi, melakukan pertimbangan logis, memiliki ambisi, keterampilan, ilmu pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan atribut kepribadian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada siswa kelas XII SMKN 3 Bogor Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Busana. Hasil kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Busana berdasarkan seluruh aspek berada dalam kategori “Sangat Tinggi” yaitu sebesar 84%, Hasil menunjukkan hampir seluruh aspek kesiapan kerja berada pada kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. Aspek tertinggi yaitu aspek Bekerja sama pada kategori “Sangat Tinggi” sebesar 91%. Namun pada aspek terendah yaitu aspek keterampilan masih berada pada kategori “Tinggi” sebesar 69%. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja sama, bertanggung jawab, bersikap kritis, mampu beradaptasi, dapat melakukan pertimbangan logis, memiliki ambisi, memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman serta atribut kepribadian telah dimiliki siswa dengan sangat baik untuk kesiapan kerja, namun untuk aspek keterampilan siswa seperti keterampilan dalam bidang keahlian dan keterampilan manajerial masih harus ditingkatkan. ***** This study aims to find out how the work readiness of XII grade student of Vocational High School and identify things that affect the work readiness of XII grade student of Vocational High School seen from aspects of work readiness, namely aspects of collaboration, responsibility, being critical, being able to adapt, making logical considerations, having ambition, skills, knowledge, understanding, and personality attributes. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to XII grade Fashion Design student at SMKN 3 Bogor. The results of the work readiness of XII grade student of fashion design Vocational School based on all aspects are in the "Very High" category, which is 84%, the results show that almost all aspects of work readiness are in the "Very High" category, The highest aspect is the aspect of collaboration in the “Very High” category at 91%. However, the lowest aspect, the skill aspect, is still in the “High” category at 69%. Having the ability to work together, be responsible, be critical, be able to adapt, be able to make logical considerations, have ambition, have knowledge and experience and personality attributes has been owned by students very well for work readiness, but for aspects of student skills such as skills in the field of expertise and managerial skills still have to be improved.
