Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian context, input, process, dan product dalam Program Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus guna mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kesesuaian kegiatan program yang telah dilaksanakan oleh UPT P4OP dan satuan pendidikan pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kecamatan Jatinegara di Wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan pedoman yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2023 hingga bulan Mei 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitiann ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi yang dilakukan di UPT P4OP Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan sembilan SMA Negeri maupun Swasta yang tersebar di Kecamatan Jatinegara. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi Program Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi yang telah ditetapkan; 1) pada komponen Context menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang, tujuan program, dan dasar hukum program KJP Plus telah sesuai dengan kriteria, 2) pada komponen Input menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia, alokasi anggaran, sasaran penerima, serta sarana dan prasarana Sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan kriteria, namun diperlukan peningkatan pada sarana dan prasarana 3) pada komponen Process menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan program, monitoring dan evaluasi sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan kriteria. Meskipun diperlukan peningkatan dan pengawasan lebih pada indicator pelaksanaan sosialisasi, tahap pendataan dan verifikasi, serta penggunaan dana., 4) pada komponen Product menunjukkan bahwa hasil program telah sesuai kriteria. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, CIPP, Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus, Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun This research aims to analyze the suitability of context, input, process, and product in the Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus Program to determine the extent to which the level of conformity of program activities that have been implemented by UPT P4OP and education units at the Senior High School (SMA) level in Jatinegara District in the East Jakarta Region with the established guidelines. This research was conducted from August 2023 to May 2024. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation studies conducted at the UPT P4OP of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office and nine public and private high schools spread across Jatinegara District. In this research, the results show that the evaluation of the Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) Plus Program has been running well, but there are still several indicators that are not in accordance with the predetermined evaluation criteria; 1) the Context component shows that the background, program objectives, and legal basis of the KJP Plus program are in accordance with the criteria, 2) the Input component shows that human resources, budget allocations, target recipients, and facilities and infrastructure are mostly in accordance with the criteria, but improvement is needed in facilities and infrastructure, 3) the Process component shows that planning, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation are mostly in accordance with the criteria. Although improvement and more supervision are needed on the indicators of the implementation of socialization, the data collection and verification stage, and the use of funds, 4) the Product component shows that the program results are in accordance with the criteria.
