Abstract

Pelabuhan merupakan komponen vital dalam sistem transportasi laut Indonesia, berperan strategis dalam industri dan perdagangan serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional. Pelabuhan harus dikelola secara efektif, efisien, dan profesional agar pelayanan berjalan lancar, aman, dan cepat. Sebagai contoh, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, pelabuhan terbesar dan tersibuk di Indonesia, berfungsi sebagai pintu gerbang impor dan ekspor, menangani arus barang yang signifikan dan menjadi barometer perekonomian Indonesia. Terminal peti kemas di pelabuhan ini terus dioptimalkan dengan peralatan modern, otomatisasi, dan tenaga ahli untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional. PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas di Tanjung Priok mengelola beberapa wilayah operasional dengan divisi yang menangani perencanaan dan kontrol, meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional dan logistik yang memerlukan penanganan cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja ship planner, menganalisis efektivitas bongkar muat, dan menganalis seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja ship planner terhadap efektivitas bongkar muat di PT. IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Tanjung Priok 2 Domestik.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan langkah- langkah analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif distribusi frekuensi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ship planner memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas bongkar muat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,642 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan 1 poin dalam kinerja ship planner akan meningkatkan efektivitas bongkar muat sebesar 0,642. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,329 mengindikasikan bahwa 32,9% variasi dalam efektivitas bongkar muat dapat dijelaskan oleh kinerja ship planner, sementara sisanya 67,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Ports must be managed effectively, efficiently, and professionally to ensure smooth, safe, and swift services. For example, Tanjung Priok Port, the largest and busiest port in Indonesia, serves as a gateway for imports and exports, handling significant cargo flows and acting as a barometer of Indonesia's economy. The container terminal at this port is continuously optimized with modern equipment, automation, and skilled personnel to support operational efficiency. PT. IPC Container Terminal at Tanjung Priok manages several operational areas with divisions handling planning and control, despite facing various operational andlogistical challenges that require prompt and precise handling. This study aims to analyze the performance of ship planners, assess the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations, and examine the impact of ship planner performance on the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations at PT. IPC Container Terminal Area Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic. The research method used is quantitative, with analysis steps including descriptive frequency distribution analysis, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the performance of ship planners has a significant impact on the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient of 0.642 indicates that each 1-point increase in ship planner performance will improve the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations by 0.642. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.329 indicates that 32.9% of the variation in the effectiveness of loading and unloading operations can be explained by the performance of ship planners, while the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other factors not investigated inthis study.
