Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan pendampingan program Jakpreneur dan bagaimana peran pendamping program Jakpreneur dalam melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM di Kecamatan Cipayung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping dalam program Jakarta Entrepreneur telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik sejalan dengan teori Jim Ife mengenai peran-peran pendamping yang meliputi peran fasilitatif, peran edukasional, peran representatif, dan peran teknis. Meskipun demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran pendamping dalam program Jakarta Entrepreneur cenderung lebih mengedepankan peran fasilitatif. Pendamping dalam program Jakarta Entrepreneur ini memiliki peran dalam memberikan motivasi, kesempatan, dan dukungan kepada anggota binaan. Kata Kunci: Jakpreneur, Peran, Pendamping, Pemberdayaan, UMKM. ***** This study aims to determine the Jakpreneur program mentoring activities and how the role of Jakpreneur program assistants in empowering MSMEs in Cipayung District. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this research indicate that the facilitators in the Jakarta Entrepreneur program have performed their roles well in line with Jim Ife's theory on the roles of facilitators which include facilitative role, educational role, representative role, and technical role. However, it can be concluded that the role of facilitators in the Jakarta Entrepreneur program tends to prioritize the facilitative role. The facilitators in the Jakarta Entrepreneur program have a role in providing motivation, opportunities, and support to the partcipants. Keywords: Jakpreneur, Role, Facilitator, Empowerment, MSMEs.
