Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi yang inovatif telah memberikan dampak positif di setiap bidang dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi proses yang terlibat. Demikian pula di bidang pendidikan, penggunaan teknologi sangat membantu proses belajar mengajar menjadi efektif dan efisien. Di tengah berbagai tantangan tersebut, hadirnya Learning Management System (LMS) seperti Teachmint menawarkan solusi yang potensial. Namun, implementasi LMS seperti Teachmint di sekolah-sekolah masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, kompetensi digital guru dan siswa, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan dari metode pembelajaran konvensional ke digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran Teachmint pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi, (2) untuk memperoleh informasi kelayakan dari media pembelajaran Teachmint pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Tunas Pembangunan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini bertempat di SMK Tunas Pembangunan yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 sampai dengan Juli 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dengan guru SMK Tunas Pembangunan. Kelayakan media pembelajaran dinilai oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan media pembelajaran Teachmint pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi telah dikembangkan. Hasil validasi ahli diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran Teachmint pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Tunas Pembangunan sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan hasil rerata skor validasi ahli media 86,3% dengan kategori “sangat layak” sebagai media pembelajaran. Rerata skor validasi ahli materi 97% dengan kategori “sangat layak” sebagai media pembelajaran. Similarly in the field of education, the use of technology greatly helps the teaching and learning process to be effective and efficient. In the midst of these various challenges, the presence of a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Teachmint offers a potential solution. However, the implementation of LMSs like Teachmint in schools still faces various challenges. Some of them are the readiness of technological infrastructure, the digital competence of teachers and students, and resistance to changes from conventional to digital learning methods. This research aims to: (1) develop Teachmint learning media in the subject of Correspondence, (2) to obtain feasibility information from Teachmint learning media in the subject of Correspondence class X of Office Management at SMK Tunas Pembangunan.The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) Development method. This research took place at SMK Tunas Pembangunan which was carried out from May 2024 to July 2024. The data collection technique was collected by interviews with teachers of SMK Tunas Pembangunan. The feasibility of learning media is assessed by media experts and material experts. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the research that has been carried out, Teachmint learning media on the subject of Correspondence has been developed. The results of expert validation are known that Teachmint learning media in the subject of Correspondence class X Office Management at SMK Tunas Pembangunan is very feasible to use with an average validation score of 86.3% for media experts with the category of "very feasible" as a learning medium. The average validation score of material experts is 97% with the category of "very feasible" as a learning media.
