Abstract

Latar Belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya inovasi didunia pesantren dalam menghadapi industry 4.0, pada tahun 2016 tercatat jumlah santri yang lulus dari pesantren berjumlah ± 4 juta jiwa yang terserap sebagai kader ulama hanya sebesar 10% potensi pengangguran sebesar ±3 juta jiwa berasal dari pesantren apabila tidak dikombinasikan dengan keterampilan lain selain Ilmu Agama maka muncul sebuah isu “Ustad Matere atau Dai Mata Duitan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan cara yang dilakukan oleh pesantren dalam mendidik santri. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Haidar Daulay yang menerangkan beberapa pola Pesantren di Indonesia, Teori Purnomo dalam Arman menjelaskan proses pembentukan dan Teori Soeryanto Soegoto dengan berbagai Indikator Keterampilan entrepreneur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan di Pesantren Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi “PeTIK”, Depok. Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai penelitian ini antara lain, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan empat langkah yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini, pertama, pola pesantren yang ditunjukkan pesantren PeTIK merupakan elaborasi dari perpaduan antara Ilmu Agama dan Empat keterampilan,didukung oleh Infrastruktur yang memadai Kedua, peran pesantren dalam pembentukan keterampilan Entrepreneur berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi santri ditunjukkan dengan memberikan pengetahuan secara praktis tentang bahasan pemrograman, materi entrepreneurship, menumbuhkan kecapakan untuk berpikir kreatif dan mengasah kemampuan teknis terkait teknologi pemrograman. Ketiga, Cara pembentukan keterampilan entrepreneur dengan menumbuhkan sikap kemandirian. Keempat, hasil pembentukan keterarampilan entrepreneur berbasis TIK mengacu pada indikator Self Knowladge, Imagination, Practical Knowladge, Foresight dan Communcation Skill The background of this study is the lack of innovation in the world of pesantren in dealing with industry 4.0, in 2016 recorded the number of students who graduated from pesantren amounted to ± 4 million people absorbed as cadres of scholars only amounted to 10% of the potential unemployment of ± 3 million people originating from pesantren if not combined with other skills besides theology, an issue "Ustad Matere or Dai Mata Duitan" arises. This research aims to find out the role and method used by pesantren in educating students. In this study using the theory of Haidar Daulay which explains several pesantren patterns in Indonesia, Purnomo's Theory in Arman explains the process of formation and Soeryanto Soegoto's theory with various indicators of entrepreneurial skills. This research is a qualitative research, the implementation of this research conducted at the Information and Communication Technology Boarding School "PeTIK", Depok. West Java. Data collection methods used in this study include, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was then performed. The data analysis uses four steps namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. The results of this study are, first, the pesantren pattern shown by the pesantren is an elaboration of a blend of religious knowledge and four skills, supported by adequate infrastructure. Second, the role of pesantren in the formation of Entrepreneur skills based on Information and Communication Technology students is shown by providing practical knowledge about the subject programming, entrepreneurship material, fosters ability to think creatively and hone technical skills related to programming technology. Third, how to form entrepreneurial skills by fostering an attitude of independence. Fourth, the results of the formation of ICT-based entrepreneurial skills refer to the indicators of Self Knowladge, Imagination, Practical Knowladge, Foresight and Communcation Skills
