Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Ketenagakerjaan, Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI, yang bertujuan untuk mengeathui Peran Widyaiswara dalam Implementasi Corporate University di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023 hingga Mei 2024 dan metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Narasumber Penelitian berjumlah 5 (lima) orang yang terdiri dari seorang Project Leader dari Kelompok Pengembang Kemnaker Corporate University dan empat orang lainnya merupkan widyaiswara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawacancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1) Corporate University di PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan merupakan transformasi strategis dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan ASN, dengan tujuan mengembangkan individu, meningkatkan pola karir, dan memperluas peluang pelatihan. (2) Peran Widyaiswara sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran sangat penting dalam pengembangan kompetensi ASN dan peningkatan kinerja sektor ketenagakerjaan Indonesia. (3) Implementasi Corporate University di PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan spesifik sektor ketenagakerjaan dan tren industri. (4) Peran Widyaiswara dalam Corporate University PPSDM Ketenagakerjaan sangat signifikan dalam mendukung efektivitas program pelatihan ASN. Mereka bertindak sebagai pengajar, koordinator, pengawas, PIC pengembangan konten, dan fasilitator utama. Kata Kunci: Corporate University, Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Widyaiswara. ***** This research was carried out at the Center for Employment Human Resources Development, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, which aims to understand the role of Widyaiswara in the Implementation of Corporate University at the Center for Employment Human Resources Development. This research was conducted from December 2023 to May 2024 and the research method applied in this research was a qualitative approach. The number of research resource persons was 5 (five) people consisting of a Project Leader from the Ministry of Manpower Corporate University Development Group and four other people who were Widyaiswara. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that, (1) Corporate University in PPSDM Employment is a strategic transformation in the management of ASN education and training, with the aim of developing individuals, improving career patterns, and expanding training opportunities. (2) Widyaiswara's role as a learning facilitator is very important in developing ASN competency and improving the performance of the Indonesian employment sector. (3) Implementation of the Corporate University in PPSDM Employment shows that it is in line with the specific needs of the employment sector and industry trends. (4) Widyaiswara's role in the Corporate University PPSDM Employment is very significant in supporting the effectiveness of the ASN training program. They act as teachers, coordinators, supervisors, content development PICs, and main facilitators. Keywords: Corporate University, Center for Employment Human Resources Development, Widyaiswara.
