Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan oleh lembaga BPSDM Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan tujuan untuk melihat kualitas dari media Micro learning pada platform Sistem Jakarta U-learning yang dikelola sendiri oleh BPSDM Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Komponen evaluasi penelitian ini berdasarkan komponen milik Walker dan Hess yaitu Komponen Kualitas Isi dan Tujuan, Komponen Kualitas Pembelajaran, dan Kualitas Teknis dari media yang dievaluasi. Micro learning yang dipilih untuk sasaran evaluasi yaitu Micro learning Creative thinking yang paling banyak diminati oleh pengguna, Micro learning K3 di Tempat Kerja yang diminati oleh pengguna, dan Micro learning Manajemen Stress yang kurang diminati pengguna. Evaluasi yang dilakukan merupakan Evaluasi Sumatif dilakukan agar kualitas dari Micro learning pada SiJule dapat diperhitungkan dengan baik sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan mengenai kelanjutan dari Micro learning pada SiJule. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan telah didapatkan hasil bahwa ketiga Micro learning yang dievaluasi yaitu Micro learning Creative Thinking, Micro learning K3 di Tempat Kerja, dan Micro learning Manajemen Stress termasuk kedalam kategori Sangat Baik, yang artinya dapat terus untuk dilanjutkan namun dengan beberapa perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Berdasarkan ketiga Micro learning, Micro learning Creative Thinking memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan nilai Kualitas Isi dan Tujuan yaitu 5 (Sangat Baik), Kualitas Pembelajaran 4,64 (Sangat Baik), dan Kualitas Teknis 4,60 (Sangat Baik). Beberapa perbaikan perlu dilakukan terutama pada Kualitas Teknis seperti kesesuaian gambar visualisasi yang ditampilkan, kejelasan penyajian teks, dan juga durasi penayangan video yang perlu dipersingkat lagi. ***** This research was conducted based on a request by DKI Jakarta provincial human resources development agency with the aim of looking at the quality of the Micro learning media on the Jakarta U-learning System platform which is managed by the DKI Jakarta Province BPSDM itself. The evaluation components of this research are based on Walker and Hess' components, namely the Quality of Content and Objectives Component, the Quality of Learning Component, and the Technical Quality of the media being evaluated. The micro learning chosen for evaluation targets is Micro learning Creative thinking which is most popular with users, Micro learning K3 in the Workplace which is popular with users, and Micro learning Stress Management which is least popular with users. The evaluation carried out is a Summative Evaluation so that the quality of Micro learning on SiJule can be calculated properly so that conclusions can be drawn regarding the continuation of Micro learning on SiJule. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the three Micro learnings evaluated, namely Micro learning Creative Thinking, Micro learning K3 in the Workplace, and Micro learning Stress Management were included in the Very Good category, which means it can continue but with several improvements to improve its quality. Based on the three Micro learnings, Micro learning Creative Thinking has the highest score with a Content and Objective Quality score of 5 (Very Good), Learning Quality 4.64 (Very Good), and Technical Quality 4.60 (Very Good). Several improvements need to be made, especially in Technical Quality, such as the suitability of the visualization images displayed, the clarity of the text presentation, and also the video display duration which needs to be shortened further.
