Abstract

Program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) merupakan inovasi dan pengembangan dalam manajemen kurikulum Pendidikan Indonesia tahun 2013, atau lebih dikenal sebagai K13. Program SKS dijalankan untuk memberikan peluang kepada peserta didik untuk menentukan komposisi dan jumlah beban belajar di sekolah untuk setiap semester yang menyesuaikan pada bakat, minat, kemampuan dan kecepatan belajar masing – masing peserta didik. Salah satu sekolah yang telah dianggap berhasil oleh Pemerintah dan Dinas Pendidikan dalam menyelenggarakan program SKS adalah SMAN 81 Jakarta Timur. Program SKS tersebut telah diterapkan sejak tahun 2017 hingga saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen kurikulum SKS oleh penglola SMAN 81 Jakarta Timur. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan langsung dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi proses pembelajaran di SMAN 81 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada tahap perencanaan program SKS, pihak pengelola melakukan perencanaan kurikulum berbasis SKS, yang meliputi penentuan kompetensi dasar, pembagian mata pelajar, penyusunan struktur kredit, pengaturan jadwal belajar serta mempersiapkan sumber daya baik kompetensi guru hingga kesiapan infrastruktur. Selanjutnya pada tahap pelaksanaan, pengelola SMAN 81 Jakarta Timur melakukan pengaturan jadawal dan kredit, pembimbingan akademik, penilaian dan evaluasi serta memantau metode pembelajaran yang sudah berjalan. Tahap terakhir yang dilakukan adalah pengawasan kurikulum berbasis SKS yang di dalamnya terdiri dari monitoring proses pembelajaran, evaluasi secara berkala, penggunaan teknologi, bimbingan dan konseling, laporan, audit serta peningkatan kualitas guru. Semua proses dilakukan dengan dukungan kerjasama dari orang tua peserta didik, komunitas, pihak internal dan pihak eksternal dari SMAN 81 Jakarta Timur. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Manajemen Pendidikan, SMAN 81 Jakarta Timur, Sistem Kredit Semester ***** The Semester Credit System (SKS) program is an innovation and development in managing the 2013 Indonesian Education curriculum, or K2013. The SKS program is implemented to provide opportunities for students to determine the composition and amount of study load at school for each semester, which is adjusted to each student's talents, interests, abilities, and learning speed. One of the schools that has been considered successful by the Government and the Education Office in implementing the SKS program is SMAN 81 East Jakarta. The SKS program has been implemented since 2017 until now. This study aims to explore the implementation process of the SKS program by the management of SMAN 81 East Jakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, this study was carried out directly by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation of the learning process at SMAN 81 Jakarta. The results obtained from this study are that at the SKS program planning stage, the management carries out SKS-based curriculum planning, which includes determining essential competencies, dividing student groups, compiling credit structures, arranging study schedules, and preparing resources, both teacher competencies and infrastructure readiness. Next, in the implementation stage, the management of SMAN 81 East Jakarta arranges the schedule and credit, academic guidance, assessment, and evaluation and monitors the learning methods that are already running. The last stage is supervising the SKS-based curriculum, which consists of monitoring the learning process, periodic evaluation, use of technology, guidance and counseling, reports, audits, and improving teacher quality. All processes are carried out with the support of cooperation from parents of students, communities, internal parties, and external parties from SMAN 81 East Jakarta
