Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebutuhan pakaian sekolah yang difokuskan pada busana bagian atas seragam Pramuka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas tunadaksa cerebral palsy dengan hambatan fisik dengan sub-fokus penilaian fungsional, ekspresif dan estetika. Penelitian dilakukan di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Jakarta dengan responden sebanyak 5 wali/caregiver siswa cerebral palsy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seragam Pramuka untuk siswa cerebral palsy di YPAC Jakarta memerlukan desain yang mempertimbangkan aspek fungsional, estetika, dan ekspresif. Dalam aspek fungsional, seragam harus mudah dikenakan dan dilepaskan, mendukung mobilitas, memiliki ukuran yang pas, dan nyaman. Siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memasukkan atau mengeluarkan tangan dari lingkar lubang lengan dan membutuhkan bantuan dalam berpakaian, dengan preferensi terhadap bukaan resleting dan velcro untuk kemandirian, serta kancing untuk merangsang motorik halus. Aspek estetika meliputi pemilihan kerah setengah tegak dan lengan raglan untuk kenyamanan, serta penggunaan velcro untuk keamanan. Aspek ekspresif menyoroti harapan orang tua agar desain seragam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya desain seragam yang inklusif, nyaman, menarik, dan mendukung kepercayaan diri siswa cerebral palsy. Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan Busana, Seragam Pramuka, Cerebral Palsy ***** This study aims to find out how the need for school clothing that focuses on the upper clothing of the Scout uniform is in accordance with the needs of people with disabilities with cerebral palsy with physical disabilities based on functional, expressive and aesthetic assessments. The research was conducted at the Jakarta Disabled Children Development Foundation with 5 respondents as many as guardians/caregivers of cerebral palsy students without limiting age and gender. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with guardians/caregivers of cerebral palsy students, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Scout uniform for cerebral palsy students at YPAC Jakarta requires a design that considers functional, aesthetic, and expressive aspects. In the functional aspect, the uniform should be easy to put on and take off, support mobility, have a good fit, and be comfortable. Students have difficulty inserting or removing hands from the circumference of the armholes and need assistance in dressing, with a preference for zipper openings and velcro for independence, as well as buttons to stimulate fine motor skills. Aesthetic aspects include the selection of a half-upright collar and raglan sleeves for comfort, as well as the use of velcro for safety. The expressive aspect highlights parents' expectations that uniform design increases students' confidence. These findings underscore the importance of uniform designs that are inclusive, comfortable, attractive, and support the confidence of cerebral palsy students.
