Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dengan tujuan mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diklat Leadership Development Program (LDP) untuk level "Middle Manager". Penelitian berlangsung dari Desember 2023 hingga Juli 2024 menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik snowball sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang yang terdiri dari co-leader program LDP, anggota tim LDP, dan tiga peserta diklat dari level middle manager. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diklat di PT Hutama Karya (Persero) mencakup: 1) Perencanaan diklat, yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan diklat, pembaruan materi dan modul, pengembangan kurikulum, penyusunan jadwal kegiatan, dan penetapan vendor konsultan serta instruktur; 2) Pelaksanaan diklat, yang dilakukan melalui metode In-Class Training, Self-Paced Learning, Mentoring dan Coaching, Experience Learning, serta Social Learning; 3) Evaluasi diklat, yang mencakup penilaian penyelenggara, program diklat, instruktur, materi, sarana dan prasarana, serta peserta pelatihan, dengan menggunakan empat tahap pengukuran yaitu reaction, learning, behaviour, dan result. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa PT Hutama Karya (Persero) memiliki sistem manajemen diklat yang terstruktur dan komprehensif, yang mampu meningkatkan kompetensi leadership pada level middle manager melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terarah dan sistematis. ***** This research was conducted at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) to understand the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for the "Middle Manager" level. The research was carried out from December 2023 to July 2024 using a qualitative descriptive method with a snowball sampling technique. The research subjects consisted of five people: the co-leader of the LDP, members of the LDP team, and three training participants from the middle manager level. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of this research indicate that the training management at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) includes: 1) Training planning, which involves identifying training needs, updating materials and modules, developing curricula, scheduling activities, and appointing consultant vendors and instructors; 2) Training implementation, which is conducted through methods such as In-Class Training, Self-Paced Learning, Mentoring and Coaching, Experience Learning, and Social Learning; 3) Training evaluation, which includes assessing the organizers, training programs, instructors, materials, facilities and infrastructure, and training participants using four measurement stages: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. These findings indicate that PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has a structured and comprehensive training management system, capable of enhancing leadership competence at the middle manager level through well�directed and systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation.
