Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis eksklusi dan inklusi pada pemberitaan Juru Bicara Satgas Covid-19 di media massa daring Kompas.com. Terdapat 6 berita sebagai data dengan total 27 teks berindikasi eksklusi dan inklusi. Adapun jumlah temuan indikasi eksklusi berjumlah 13 teks dan indikasi inklusi berjumlah 14 teks. Kategori yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah pasivasi dan nominalisasi dengan masing-masing 6 temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media massa daring Kompas.com memosisikan pihak pemerintah dan Satgas Covid-19 sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam menangani penyebaran Covid-19. Hal ini didominasi dengan pembentukkan citra bahwa tanggung jawab itu telah berhasil dilaksanakan oleh Satgas Covid-19/pemerintah. Sedangkan, citra masyarakat dibentuk sebagai pihak yang tidak patuh terhadap aturan yang ada. Meskipun begitu, permarjinalan tidak dilakukan secara terang-terangan. Hal ini terlihat di dalam data dengan tidak ada penyebutan secara gamblang identitas dari aktor yang posisinya termarjinalkan melainkan menggunakan istilah lain yang nantinya pembaca bisa kaitkan kepada identitas aktor yang dimaksud. Kata Kunci: Eksklusi, Inklusi, Analisis Wacana Kritis, Theo van Leeuwen*****This research aims to identify and analyze exclusion and inclusion in the reporting of the Covid-19 Task Force Spokesperson in the online mass media Kompas.com. There are 6 news stories as data with a total of 27 texts indicating exclusion and inclusion. The number of findings indicating exclusion was 13 texts and indications of inclusion were 14 texts. The most frequently found categories were passivation and nominalization with 6 findings each. The research results show that the online mass media Kompas.com positions the government and the Covid-19 Task Force as the parties responsible for handling the spread of Covid-19. This is dominated by creating an image that this responsibility has been successfully implemented by the Covid-19 Task Force/government. Meanwhile, the image of society is formed as a party that does not comply with existing rules. Even so, marginalization is not carried out openly. This can be seen in the data by not clearly mentioning the identity of the actor whose position is marginalized, but instead using other terms which the reader can then relate to the identity of the actor in question.
