Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program sekolah lansia nirmala di Jakarta Utara mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Pengurus Kurikulum, dan Peserta Sekolah Lansia Nirmala di Jakarta Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Proses perencanaan program sekolah lansia nirmala di Jakarta Utara diawali dengan proses identifikasi kebutuhan dan hasil identifikasi tersebut dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan tujuan program, setelah itu dilanjut dengan proses penyusunan program yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan serta sumber daya yang ada, 2) Proses pelaksanaan program sekolah lansia nirmala di Jakarta Utara telah melibatkan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang sistematis dengan menetapkan prosedur pelaksanaan program dan prosedur kegiatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan sekolah lansia, 3) Proses evaluasi program sekolah lansia nirmala di Jakarta Utara dilakukan melalui rapat internal pengurus setiap satu batch sekali. Dalam rapat tersebut, pengurus mengevaluasi kurikulumnya, pengajarnya, dan metodenya. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Sekolah Lansia. ***** This research aims to describe the management of the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The informants in this research were the School Principal, Curriculum Administrator, and Participants at the Nirmala Elderly School in North Jakarta. The results of the research show that, 1) The planning process for the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta begins with a process of identifying needs and the results of this identification are used as a reference for determining program objectives, after which it continues with the process of preparing a program that is tailored to existing needs and resources, 2 ) The process of implementing the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta has involved the development of a systematic learning strategy by establishing program implementation procedures and learning activity procedures that are in accordance with elderly school management standards, 3) The evaluation process for the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta is carried out through internal management meetings once every batch. In these meetings, administrators evaluate the curriculum, teachers, and methods. Keywords: Management, School for the Elderly
