Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk menghasilkan buku saku sebagai media yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang gizi pada balita, (2) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana buku saku ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi pada balita, dan (3) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan pada warga belajar melalui media buku saku. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian dan pengembangan model Borg & Gall, dengan hanya menyelesaikan 6 tahap penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kuantitatif (utama) dan data kualitatif (tambahan). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket kepada 11 kader Posyandu Mawar RW 08 Sukatani Depok. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan buku saku sebagai media pembelajaran gizi balita melalui beberapa tahapan, seperti potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, perancangan produk, validasi desain, revisi produk, dan uji coba produk; (2) Buku saku gizi balita dinilai layak oleh ahli media dengan skor total 68 (80% kualitas media), oleh ahli materi dengan skor 48 (80% kualitas media), dan oleh responden dengan skor 743 (79% kualitas media); (3) Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil pre test mendapatkan persentase 63% dan post test pendapatkan persentase 85%. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli media, ahli materi, dan responden, buku saku ini cocok digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi balita oleh kader Posyandu Mawar RW 08 Sukatani Depok. Kata kunci: media buku saku, gizi balita, kader posyandu. ***** This study aims to: (1) develop a pocketbook learning media on toddler nutrition, and (2) determine the feasibility level of the pocketbook learning media on toddler nutrition. This research used a research and development method, with the development model used being the Borg and Gall model, where the research was conducted only in up to six stages. The data collected consisted of quantitative data as the primary data and qualitative data as additional data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 11 Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) Mawar RW 08 (Neighborhood Association) Sukatani Depok cadres as the research subjects. The collected data was then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research reveal that: (1) the development of the toddler nutrition pocketbook learning media goes through several stages, namely: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, and product testing, (2) the feasibility of the toddler nutrition pocketbook learning media based on media experts is categorized as feasible with an overall aspect score of 68 (80% media quality). According to material experts, it is categorized as feasible with an overall aspect score of (80% media quality). Based on respondent trials, the pocketbook learning media is categorized as feasible with an overall score of 743 (79% media quality); (3) An improvement in knowledge can be observed from the results of the pre-test, which showed a score of 63%, and the post-test, which showed a score of 85%. Therefore, according to media experts, material experts, and respondents, this toddler nutrition pocketbook learning media is feasible as a learning media for the cadres at Posyandu Mawar RW 08 Sukatani Depok.
