Abstract
*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ragam bahasa penjual di pasar Modern Intermoda BSD Cisauk Tangerang dengan menggunakan Kajian Sosiolinguistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata, gambar, dan translate percakapan. Di analisis dengan transkip data serta pengklasifikasian. Dari hasil penelitian didapat 48 data terdiri dari 3 ragam bahasa yaitu ragam santai sebanyak 9 data atau 19% dari keseluruhan data penelitian, ragam akrab 3 data atau 6% dari keseluruhan data penelitian dan ragam usaha sebanyak 36 data atau 75% dari keseluruhan data penelitian. Namun yang lebih dominan digunakan adalah ragam usaha saat proses transaksi jual-beli. Di Pasar Modern Intermoda BSD Cisauk Tangerang dijumpai bahwa cara yang digunakan pedagang untuk menarik minat pembeli yaitu dengan cara mendiskon barang dagangannya, ada yang memberi tester atau testi disetiap barang yang dijual, dan yang paling menarik ialah para pedagang tidak segan untuk bersosialisasi mengenai dagangannya kepada pembeli dengan meyakinkan jika barang yang dijual tidak sesuai, maka ada pengembalian uang. Hal ini tentunya efektif dalam membuat calon pembeli penasaran terhadap barang yang dipromosikan. Kata kunci : ragam bahasa, penjual pasar, sosiolinguistik *****ABSTRACT***** This research aims to describe the variety of sellers' languages at the Modern Intermodal BSD Cisauk Tangerang market using sociolinguistic studies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collected is in the form of words, images and translations of conversations. Analyzed using data transcripts and classification. From the research results, obtained 48 data consisting of 3 language varieties were obtained, namely casual variety with 9 data or 19% of the total research data, familiar variety with 3 data or 6% of the total research data and business variety with 36 data or 75% of the total. research data. However, what is more dominantly used is the variety of businesses during the buying and selling transaction process. At the BSD Cisauk Tangerang Intermodal Modern Market, it was found that the method used by traders to attract buyers' interest was by discounting their merchandise, there were those who gave testers or tests on each item being sold, and the most interesting thing was that the traders did not hesitate to socialize about their merchandise to buyers. by ensuring that if the goods sold are not suitable, there will be a refund.
