Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di dinas Pendidikan kota bekasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu disiplin kerja sebagai variabel X dan kinerja karyawan Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu pegawai dinas pendidikan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 133 pegawai dinas Pendidikan kota bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ 23,158 + 0,696 X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,650 atau 65,0%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil t hitung > t tabel yaitu 15,602 > 1,656 dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di dinas Pendidikan kota bekasi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Pengaruh, Kuantitatif *** This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline has on employee performance at the Bekasi City Education Office. This study consists of two variables, namely work discipline as variable X and employee performance Y. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in the study were employees of the education office. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 133 employees of the bekasi city education office. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out by simple linear regression analysis which resulted in a regression equation Ŷ 23.158 + 0.696 X and the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.650 or 65.0%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained t count> t table, namely 15.602> 1.656 and the results of the significance value of 0.001 <0.05. So it is stated that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Bekasi City Education Office.
