Abstract
*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah dan kesulitan siswa kelas VIII di MTsN 31 Jakarta dalam mempelajari kosakata bahasa Arab. Salah satu hambatan utama adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran yang dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dan memudahkan mereka dalam memahami materi kosakata bahasa Arab. Dengan perkembangan zaman menuju era Society 5.0, media pembelajaran mengalami perubahan signifikan. Teknologi berperan penting dalam mendukung media pembelajaran, sesuai dengan keterampilan abad ke-21 yang menekankan penggunaan teknologi. Berkat kemajuan teknologi, media pembelajaran menjadi lebih canggih, terutama dengan adanya multimedia. Selain itu, multimedia dapat mengakomodasi berbagai gaya belajar siswa. Salah satu aplikasi multimedia yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pendidik adalah Articulate Storyline. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, bagaimana implementasinya, serta mengetahui evaluasi dari Multimedia Interaktif Articulate Storyline dalam Pembelajaran Kosakata Bahasa Arab di MTsN 31 Jakarta. Analisis kebutuhan terhadap 30 siswa menunjukkan bahwa 86,7% siswa merasa kesulitan untuk belajar kosakata Bahasa Arab dan bahwa 93,3% siswa lebih tertarik mempelajari kosakata Bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan media audio visual (multimedia) daripada hanya menggunakan buku. Kemudian, pada analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa 100% siswa ingin belajar kosakata Bahasa Arab menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline dalam Pembelajaran Kosakata Bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan kesimpulan data penelitian, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa siswa merasa sulit untuk menguasai kosakata Bahasa Arab dan membutuhkan media Pembelajaran yang berinovasi dan berbasis teknologi untuk belajar kosakata Bahasa Arab. Pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan validasi yang telah dilakukan oleh para ahli. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase 90% dan hasil penilaian ahli media mendapatkan kategori “Sangat layak” dengan persentase 94%. Hasil evaluasi uji coba, respon siswa terhadap media mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase 96% dari siswa. Dengan demikian, produk Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline dalam Pembelajaran Kosakata Bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti di MTsN 31 Jakarta sangat layak digunakan. *****ABSTRACT***** This research aims to address the problems and difficulties faced by eighth-grade students at First State Islamic School 31 Jakarta in learning Arabic vocabulary. One of the main challenges is the lack of educational media that can motivate students to learn and facilitate their understanding of Arabic vocabulary. With the advancement of society towards the era of Society 5.0, educational media have undergone significant changes. Technology plays a crucial role in supporting educational media, aligning with 21st-century skills that emphasize the use of technology. Thanks to technological advancements, educational media have become more sophisticated, particularly with the advent of multimedia. Moreover, multimedia can accommodate various student learning styles. One multimedia application that educators can utilize is Articulate Storyline. The method utilized in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) approach employing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This study aims to assess the requirements, design, development, implementation process, and evaluation of the Articulate Storyline Interactive Multimedia for Arabic vocabulary learning at State Islamic Junior High School 31 Jakarta. A needs analysis of 30 students showed that 86.7% of students found it difficult to learn Arabic vocabulary and that 93.3% of students were more interested in learning Arabic vocabulary using audio-visual media (multimedia) rather than just using books. Then, the needs analysis shows that 100% of students want to learn Arabic vocabulary using technology-based interactive multimedia. Therefore, it is necessary to develop Interactive Multimedia based on Articulate Storyline in Arabic Vocabulary Learning. Drawing conclusions from the research data, the researcher can summarize the analysis of students' needs, highlighting that students face difficulties in mastering Arabic vocabulary and necessitate innovative, technology-driven learning media for effective Arabic vocabulary acquisition. This development was carried out based on validation carried out by experts. The assessment results from material experts received the "Very Appropriate" category with a percentage of 90% and the results of the media expert assessment received the "Very Appropriate" category with a percentage of 94%. The results of the trial evaluation showed that students' responses to the media were in the "Very Appropriate" category with a percentage of 96% of students. Thus, the Interactive Multimedia product based on Articulate Storyline in Arabic Vocabulary Learning developed by researchers at MTsN 31 Jakarta is very suitable for use.
