Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kelas industri dalam menunjang kompetensi siswa SMK pada Kompetensi Keahlian Perhotelan di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang humas, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, ketua program keahlian perhotelan, guru produktif perhotelan, dan 2 peserta didik perhotelan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan program kelas industri Kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta dilakukan sebelum memasuki tahun ajaran baru yang meliputi kegiatan penyusunan program, penjajakan industri, pembuatan MoU kerja sama, sinkronisasi kurikulum, serta sosialisasi dan pembekalan siswa. (2) Pengorganisasian program kelas industri Kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta dengan membentuk tim kerja yaitu tim humas yang bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh kegiatan dalam program kelas industri termasuk dalam melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal dan pihak DU/DI. (3) Pelaksanaan program kelas industri Kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta dilaksanakan peserta didik selama 4 (empat) semester yaitu dari semester II sampai dengan semester V dengan sistem week release. (4) Evaluasi program kelas industri Kompetensi keahlian di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta dilaksanakan setiap bulan oleh pihak sekolah melalui rapat manajemen atau memasukannya dalam rapat koordinasi masing-masing kompetensi keahlian. Komponen evaluasi diperoleh dari hasil monitoring, refleksi siswa yang dilakukan oleh guru, dan laporan dari pihak DU/DI mengenai hambatan dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan kelas industri. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Program Kelas Industri, Link and Match, Pendidikan Kejuruan. ***** This research aims to determine industrial class management in supporting the competency of vocational school students in the Hospitality Skills Competency at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta. The sub-focus of this research is planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants for this research were the principal, deputy principal for public relations, deputy principal for curriculum, head of the hospitality skills program, productive hospitality teacher, and 2 hospitality students. The results of the research show that (1) Planning for the industrial skills competency class program at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta was carried out before entering the new academic year which included program preparation activities, industrial exploration, making cooperation MoUs, curriculum synchronization, as well as student socialization and provision. (2) Organizing the skills competency industrial class program at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta by forming a work team, namely a public relations team which is responsible for all activities in the industrial class program including coordinating with internal parties and partner industries. (3) The implementation of the industrial skills competency class program at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta is carried out by students for 4 (four) semesters, from semester II to semester V with a week release system. (4) Evaluation of the industrial skills competency class program at State Vocational High School 60 Jakarta is carried out every month by the school through management meetings or including it in the coordination meeting for each skills competency. The evaluation component is obtained from monitoring results, student reflections carried out by teachers, and reports from partner industries regarding obstacles and constraints in implementing industrial classes.
