Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Asesmen Nasional di SMP Negeri 115 Jakarta Selatan. Sub Fokus penelitian ini adalah strategi sekolah untuk optimalisasi implementasi Asesmen Nasional, program sekolah yang menunjang peserta didik dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional, solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pada pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional, dan tindak lanjut sekolah terhadap hasil Asesmen Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepada sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru wali kelas VIII, staf bidang kurikulum & koordinator teknis ANBK tingkat Jakarta Selatan, proktor Asesmen Nasional, dua peserta didik, dan komite sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sekolah memiliki strategi yang bertujuan untuk optimalisasi implementasi Asesmen Nasional; (2) Sekolah memiliki program yang disusun untuk memenuhi empat indikator pada Asesmen Nasional yaitu literasi, numerasi, karakter, dan lingkungan belajar yang menunjang peserta didik dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional; (3) Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional yang di SMP Negeri 115 Jakarta berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar tanpa hambatan dikarenakan persiapan yang matang, pelaksanaan strategi yang sukses, sumber daya manusia yang andal, sarana yang memadai, serta kerja sama dan komitmen dari seluruh pihak; (4) Sekolah melaksanakan tindak lanjut hasil Asesmen Nasional dengan berpedoman pada hasil rapor pendidikan dengan merefleksikan dan mengevaluasi seluruh proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung sebagai upaya perbaikan mutu pendidikan sekolah. ******** This study aims to describe the implementation of the National Assessment at SMP Negeri 115 South Jakarta as an effort to mapping the quality of school education. The sub-focus of this research is the school strategy to optimize the implementation of the National Assessment, school programs that support students in facing the National Assessment, solutions in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of the National Assessment, and school follow-up on the results of the National Assessment. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in this study include: vice principal for curriculum, vice principal for student affairs, homeroom teacher of grade VIII, curriculum staff & technical coordinator of ANBK at the South Jakarta level, proctor of the National Assessment, two students, and the school committee. The results of the study show that: (1) The school has a strategy that aims to optimize the implementation of the National Assessment; (2) The school has a program that is prepared to meet the four indicators in the National Assessment, namely literacy, numeracy, character, and learning environment that support students in facing the National Assessment; (3) The implementation of the National Assessment at SMP Negeri 115 Jakarta went well and smoothly without any obstacles due to careful preparation, successful implementation of strategies, reliable human resources, adequate facilities, as well as cooperation and commitment from all parties; (4) Schools carry out follow-up on the results of the National Assessment based on the results of the education report card by reflecting and evaluating the entire learning process that has taken place as an effort to improve the quality of school education.
