Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan peserta didik di SMP Labschool Jakarta. Sub fokus pada penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelayanan, dan pemberian ekstrakurikuler untuk pembinaan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang akademik, 1 guru, dan 2 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembinaan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschool Jakarta dilakukan pada setiap tahun ajaran baru. Proses merencanakan pembinaan peserta didik ini meliputi mekanisme rapat kerja, pemetaan peserta didik, pendanaan, sarana prasarana, rekrutmen tenaga pengajar. (2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschool Jakarta diikuti oleh seluruh peserta didik di kelas 7, 8, dan 9. Ada 3 bentuk kegiatan yaitu 1) Pembinaan intrakurikuler, 2) Pembinaan ekstrakurikuler, Dan 3) Pembinaan melalui OSIS. (3) Pelayanan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschool Jakarta satu diantaranya yaitu layanan bimbingan konseling dengan 6 bentuk layanan. Adapun pelayanan lain yang disediakan sekolah yaitu layanan basis digital. (4) Pemberian eksktrakurikuler untuk pembinaan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Labschool Jakarta ditujukan sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter serta pengembangan diri peserta didik. Dilakukan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi expo ekskur pada awal tahun ajaran baru sekolah mengenalkan sebanyak 26 jenis ekstrakurikuler yang di kelompokkan menjadi 3 bidang. ***** This research aims to describe the development of students at Labschool Jakarta Middle School. The sub-focus of this research is planning, implementation, services and providing extracurricular activities for developing students. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method by collecting data through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Informants in this research included: deputy principal for student affairs, deputy principal for academic affairs, 1 teacher, and 2 students. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: (1) Planning for student development at Labschool Jakarta Junior High School is carried out every new school year. The process of planning student development includes work meeting mechanisms, student mapping, funding, infrastructure, recruitment of teaching staff. (2) The implementation of coaching students in intracurricular and extracurricular activities at Labschool Jakarta Junior High School is attended by all students in grades 7, 8, and 9. There are 3 forms of activities, namely 1) Intracurricular coaching, 2) Extracurricular coaching, and 3) Coaching through OSIS. (3) One of the student services at Labschool Jakarta Junior High School is guidance and counseling services with 6 forms of service. The other services provided by the school are digital base services. (4) Providing extracurricular activities for the development of students at Labschool Jakarta Junior High School is intended as an effort to build the character and self-development of students. Carried out through outreach expo activities at the beginning of the new school year, the school introduced 26 types of extracurriculars which were grouped into 3 fields.
