Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Alam Bogor. Sub fokus pada penelitian ini meliputi Kurikulum Merdeka, mekanisme pengembangan kurikulum, dan strategi pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi direktur sekolah, tim research & development (R&D), kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; (1) Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) di SMP Alam bogor menggunakan fase IKM mandiri berbagi; (2) Mekanisme pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan melalui tahapan perumusan ide, pengkajian, perencanaan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, penjaminan mutu pendidikan, dan evaluasi; (3) Strategi pengembangan kurikulum meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, seminar, dan kelas ide. Melalui fase IKM mandiri berbagi yang diterapkan di SMP Alam Bogor, upaya memberikan wawasan baru bagi sekolah lain perlu dilakukan dengan dibuatnya modul secara terstruktur. Adapun inovasi akan pengembangan kurikulum yang dilakukan juga dapat ditinjau lebih mendalam oleh pemerintah. Penelitian lebih lanjut terkait hasil pengembangan kurikulum di SMP Alam Bogor juga perlu dilakukan. ***** This research was conducted with the aim of describing the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Bogor Nature Junior High School. The sub-focus of this research includes the Independent Curriculum, curriculum development mechanisms, and curriculum development strategies. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and a documentation study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study included school directors, research & development (R&D) teams, school principals, vice principals for curriculum, and teachers. The results of this study show that; (1) The implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) at Bogor Nature Junior High School uses the phase of independent IKM sharing; (2) The mechanism for curriculum development is carried out through the stages of idea formulation, study, planning, socialization, implementation, education quality assurance, and evaluation; (3) Curriculum development strategies include socialization, training, seminars, idea classes. Through the phase of independent IKM sharing implemented at Bogor Nature Junior High School, efforts to provide new insights for other schools need to be carried out by making modules in a structured manner. The innovations in curriculum development carried out can also be reviewed more deeply by the government. Further research related to the results of curriculum development at SMP Alam Bogor also needs to be carried out.
