Abstract
Implementasi literasi merupakan bagian penting dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar. Literasi menunjang kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menggunakan informasi, serta mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Program literasi di sekolah dasar hendaknya dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek, seperti minat baca siswa, ketersediaan bahan bacaan, dan kompetensi guru. Pendekatan yang kreatif dan inovatif perlu diterapkan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca siswa, seperti kegiatan mendongeng, membaca buku bersama, dan diskusi kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program literasi di SD Islam Tugasku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program literasi di SD Islam Tugasku sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya program literasi yang terstruktur, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta partisipasi aktif dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Program literasi di SD Islam Tugasku meliputi kegiatan membaca 15 menit sebelum pelajaran, pojok baca di setiap kelas, perpustakaan yang nyaman dan menarik, serta berbagai kegiatan literasi lainnya seperti mendongeng, menulis puisi, dan resensi buku. Implementasi program literasi di SD Islam Tugasku memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, yaitu meningkatkan minat baca siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa, dan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa. Implementasi program literasi di sekolah dasar memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik, seperti peningkatan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berpikir kritis. Selain itu, program literasi juga dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan imajinasi, kreativitas, dan kecerdasan emosional. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas program literasi, serta bagi guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. ***** Implementation of literacy is an important part of the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. Literacy supports students ability to understand and use information, as well as develop critical and creative thinking skills. Literacy programs in elementary schools should be designed by considering various aspects, such as students reading interest, availability of reading materials, and teacher competence. Creative and innovative approaches need to be applied to foster students' interest in reading, such as storytelling activities, reading books together, and group discussions. This research aims to describe the implementation of the literacy program at Tugasku Islamic Elementary School. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the literacy program at Tugasku Islamic Elementary School has gone well. This is proven by the existence of a structured literacy program, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and active participation from all stakeholders. The literacy program at Islamic Elementary School Tugasku includes reading activities 15 minutes before class, reading corners in each class, a comfortable and attractive library, as well as various other literacy activities such as storytelling, writing poetry, and book reviews. The implementation of the literacy program at the Islamic Primary School Tugasku has had a positive impact on students, namely increasing students interest in reading, improving students reading comprehension skills, and improving students writing skills. Implementation of literacy programs in elementary schools has a positive impact on students, such as improving reading, writing and critical thinking skills. Apart from that, literacy programs can also help students develop imagination, creativity and emotional intelligence. The findings of this research contribute to schools in improving the quality of literacy programs, as well as for teachers in developing more effective learning strategies.
