Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sebanyak 13 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pihak terkait dari Kebab Gendats, dan konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang strategi promosi yang telah dilakukan oleh Kebab Gendats, termasuk langkah promosi yang digunakan untuk memaksimalkan aktivitas marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan AIDA, yang nantinya akan menemukan dan memahami suatu fenomena dan konteksnya yang unik dan khusus yang dialami oleh individu pada tingkat keyakinan individu yang terlibat. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi Kebab Gendats melalui media sosial Instagram sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas, daya tarik, dan penjualan pada Kebab Gendats. ***** This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which includes interviews and documentation. total of 13 respondents participated in this research, namely related parties from Kebab Gendats, and consumers. This study provides information about the promotional strategies that have been carried out by Kebab Gendats, including promotional steps used to maximize marketing activities. This study uses a qualitative research method with AIDA approach, which will later find and understand a phenomenon and its unique and special context experienced by individuals at the level of individual beliefs involved. The results of the study show that the promotional strategy for Kebab Gendats through Instagram social media is very effective in increasing visibility, attractiveness and sales of Kebab Gendats.
