Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek di SMA Martia Bhakti Bekasi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada: (1) Perencanaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek pada Mata Pelajaran Fisika kelas X (2) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek pada Mata Pelajaran Fisika kelas X; (3) Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek pada Mata Pelajaran Fisika kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan informan terdiri dari: Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum, Guru Pembimbing Proyek, dan Peserta Didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan sebelum semester baru dimulai yang melibatkan kepala sekolah dengan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan guru pembimbing proyek secara aktif; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran berbasis proyek; (3) Evaluasi Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dilakukan melalui tiga jenis penilaian berbasis pembelajaran. Pihak pengelola pembelajaran di sekolah dapat melibatkan orangtua dalam hal pembelajaran, dapat memberikan referensi sumber belajar kepasa peserta didik, dan dapat mengembangkan hasil peserta didik sehingga memiliki nilai jual. ***** This research aims to describe Project Based Learning Management at SMA Martia Bhakti Bekasi. This research focuses on: (1) Planning Project-Based Learning in Physics Subjects for class X (2) Implementing Project-Based Learning in Physics Subjects for class X; (3) Evaluation of Project Based Learning in Class X Physics Subjects. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies, with informants consisting of: Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Project Supervising Teachers and Students. The results of the research show that: (1) Project-based learning planning was carried out before the new semester began, involving the school principal with the deputy principal for curriculum and the project supervisor teacher actively; (2) Implementation of project-based learning is carried out in accordance with project-based learning steps; (3) Evaluation of project-based learning is carried out through three types of learning-based assessments. Learning managers at schools can involve parents in learning, can provide learning resource references to students, and can develop student results so that they have selling value.
