Abstract
Evaluasi hasil pelatihan content creator adalah suatu proses untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan program dari diadakannya suatu program yang dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil data dan informasi yang telah dikumpulkan terkait ketercapaian tujuan dari pelatihan content creator pada Komunitas Prima DMI DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluatif dengan model evaluasi berbasis tujuan (Goal Oriented Evaluation) melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan content creator mencapai kesesuaian tujuan yang positif. Adapun peningkatan sikap peserta dilihat dari adanya peningkatan kepercayaan diri, peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif dan peningkatan citra diri (personal branding) terkait kemampuan berbicara didepan kamera, pemilihan gaya bahasa dan karakteristik konten. Dalam aspek pengetahuan, peserta dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan terkait strategi konten digital, pengelolaan trend, dan pemanfaatan platform sosial media sebagai media publikasi. Pada aspek keterampilan, adanya peningkatan dalam pengambilan gambar yang stabil, kemampuan editing, dan menghasilkan produk berupa konten digital.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Hasil, Pelatihan Content Creator./ Evaluation of the result of content creator training is a process to determine the achievement of program goals from the holding of a program that implemented. The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the data and information that have been collected related to the achievement of the goals of content creator training at the Prima DMI DKI Jakarta Community. This study uses an evaluative research method with a goal-oriented evaluation model (Goal-Oriented Evaluation) through a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that content creator training achieves positive goal alignment. The increase in participants attitudes was seen from an increase in confidence, an increase in effective communication and an increase in self-image (Personal Branding) related to the ability to speak in front of the camera. The choice of language style and content characteristics. In terms of knowledge, participants can understand and practice digital content strategies, trend management, and the use of social media platforms as publication media. In terms of skills, there is an improvement in stable shooting, editing skills, and producing products in the form of digital content. Keyword: Result Evaluation, Content Creator Training
