Abstract

Reza Bagas Rifaldi Prayoga, 8105162006, Pengaruh Efikasi diri dan Internal Locus of Control terhadap Kematangan Karir Mahasiswa Administrasi Perkantoran 2017. Skripsi, Jakarta: Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakahj terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan internal locus of control terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa Administrasi Perkantoran 2017. Penelitian ini membutuhkan waktu selama tiga bulan, terhitung sejak bulan Oktober 2019 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 188 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan probability sampling atau memberikan peluang atau kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh populasi untuk menjadi sampel. Untuk pengolahan data, peneliti mengolah kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Variabel efikasi diri (X1), internal locus of control (X2), dan kematangan karir (Y) merupakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, analisa outer model, analisa inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Analisa outer model terdiri atas Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), dan Cronbach Alpha. Analisa inner model terdiri atas R-Square (R2), ƒ-Square (ƒ 2), dan Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). Pada hasil perhitungan Path Coeficient variabel efikasi diri dan internal locus of control, menghasilkan nilai T-Statistics > 1,96 dan nilai P Values < 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir, dan internal locus of control juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir. Pada uji F menghasilkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 87,226 > FTabel 3,15. Maka dari itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa efikasi diri dan internal locus of control berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kematangan karir. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2020 This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self-efficacy and internal locus of control on the career maturity of 2017 Office Administration students. This study takes three months, starting from October 2019 to January 2020. This research was conducted using survey methods. Affordable population in this study amounted to 188 students. Based on the Slovin formula, obtained a minimum number of samples in this study amounted to 51 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using probability sampling, or providing equal opportunities or opportunities to the entire population to be sampled. For data processing, researchers processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. The variables of self-efficacy (X1), internal locus of control (X2), and career maturity (Y) are primary data in the form of research questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are, outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. Outer model analysis consists of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and Cronbach Alpha. Inner model analysis consists of R-Square (R2), Square-Square (ƒ 2), and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). In the calculation of Path Coefficient of self-efficacy variables and internal locus of control, the resulting T-Statistics value> 1.96 and P Values value <0.05. This shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career maturity, and internal locus of control also has a positive and significant effect on career maturity. In the F test produces a calculated F value of 87.226> F table 3.15. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and internal locus of control simultaneously affect career maturity.
