Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik melalui penggunaan model cooperative learning tipe group investigation (GI) pada peserta didik kelas VA. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan di SDN Guntur 01 Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VA yang berjumlah 23 orang. Model PTK yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model Kemmis & McTaggart yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data hasil belajar muatan IPA yang berfokus pada hasil belajar ranah kognitif level HOTS pada siklus I adalah 61%. Pada siklus II hasil belajar ranah kognitif level HOTS adalah 78%. Pada siklus III hasil belajar ranah kognitif level HOTS adalah 91%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model cooperative learning tipe group investigation (GI) dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VA SDN Guntur 01 Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan sehingga guru dapat menggunakan model GI sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA*****This research aims to improve students' science learning outcomes through the use of the group investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model for VA class students. This classroom action research (PTK) was carried out at SDN Guntur 01 Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The subjects of this research were 23 VA class students. The CAR model used in this research adapts the Kemmis & McTaggart model which consists of three cycles and each cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, action, observation and reflection. Data on learning outcomes for science content which focuses on HOTS level cognitive learning outcomes in cycle I is 61%. In cycle II, the HOTS level cognitive domain learning outcomes were 78%. In cycle III the learning outcomes in the cognitive domain at the HOTS level were 91%. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the group investigation (GI) type cooperative learning model in science learning can improve the learning outcomes of VA class students at SDN Guntur 01 Setiabudi, South Jakarta so that teachers can use the GI model as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in learning IPA.
