Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Learning Management System berbasis web di SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta, dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan, pengendalian, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat Learning Management System berbasis web. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi ketua dan anggota pengembang web sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, pengurus perpustakaan digital, dan dua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Pelaksanaan Learning Management System berbasis web diawali dengan sosialisasi dan simulasi bagi guru, Learning Management System membantu kegiatan administrasi, penyediaan materi dan buku pelajaran serta penugasan hingga penilaian; (2) Pengendalian LMS dilakukan rutin untuk memastikan server aktif dan update kemudian respon pengguna yang nantinya digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan web; (3) Faktor pendukung meliputi akses dan perangkat memadai juga dukungan sekolah, serta antusiasme guru serta siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan akses karena penggunaan bersamaan yang menyebabkan server down, serta kesiapan guru dalam menggunakan Learning Management System berbasis web. Sekolah memiliki peran untuk terus berkomitmen dalam memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan web sekolah.***** This study aims to describe the implementation of web-based earning management system at SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta. The sub-focus of this research is the implementation, control, and supporting and hindering factors of web-based learning management at SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants in this study included: The head and members of the school web development team, subject teachers, digital library administrators, and two students. he results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the web-based Learning Management System begins with socialization and simulation for teachers, the Learning Management System helps with administrative activities, providing materials and textbooks as well as assignments to assessments; (2) LMS control is carried out regularly to ensure the server is active and updated then user responses are later used as the basis for web development; (3) Supporting factors include adequate access and devices as well as school support, and the enthusiasm of teachers and students, while inhibiting factors include limited access due to concurrent use which causes the server to go down, and teacher readiness in using a web-based Learning Management System. It is the school's role to remain committed to utilizing and developing the school website.
