Abstract
PENERAPAN METODE COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE FOR LANGUAGES (CEFR) pada Kurikulum Bahasa Isyarat di Silang.id Fitri Amelia Hidayat ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) pada kurikulum bahasa isyarat di Silang.id. Penerapan kurikulum ini menggunakan pendekatan Plurilingualism dan Disability Equality Training (DET) dengan melibatkan Guru hambatan pendengaran dalam proses desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CEFR dalam kurikulum bahasa isyarat di Silang. diimplementasikan melalui enam tingkatan pembelajaran bahasa isyarat yang meliputi: Level Discovering Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (BISINDO) / (Mini BISINDO-Pra-A1), A1 (Beginner), A2 (Elementary), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Upper Intermediate), dan C1 (Advanced). Selain itu, solusi dari hambatan komunikasi dan akses informasi pada pelatihan penerapan CEFR bagi Guru hambatan pendengaran ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia dasar dengan menggunakan modul Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA), penerapan layout U-Shape agar terjadi keterarah wajahan, penyediaan akses juru bahasa isyarat, dan pengelompokkan dan penyesuaian kompetensi mengajar di setiap level CEFR. Penerapan metode CEFR ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi Guru hambatan pendengaran dalam aspek bahasa bilingual (bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa isyarat Indonesia), peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri dalam mengajar bahasa isyarat. Sehingga Guru dengan hambatan pendengaran dan peserta dengar dapat berkomunikasi dengan lancar dan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inklusif dapat terwujud. Kata kunci : Penerapan metode CEFR, kurikulum bahasa isyarat di Silang.id. ************* IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE FOR LANGUAGES (CEFR) IN THE SIGN LANGUAGE CURRICULUM AT SILANG.ID Fitri Amelia Hidayat ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) method in the sign language curriculum at Silang.id. The implementation of this curriculum uses a Plurilingualism and Disability Equality Training (DET) approach by involving hearing-impaired teachers in the program's design, implementation, and evaluation process. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques in this study are through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity techniques with triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of CEFR in the sign language curriculum at Silang.id is implemented through six levels of sign language learning, which include: Level Discovering Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) / (Mini BISINDO-Pra-A1), A1 (Beginner), A2 (Elementary), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Upper Intermediate), and C1 (Advanced). In addition, solutions to communication and access to information barriers in CEFR implementation training for hearing-impaired teachers are carried out by providing basic Indonesian language teaching using the Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) module, implementing a U-Shape layout to create a face direction, providing access to sign language interpreters, and grouping and adjusting teaching competencies at each CEFR level. The implementation of this CEFR method can improve the capacity of hearing-impaired teachers in the aspect of bilingual language (Indonesian language and Indonesian sign language), improve knowledge, skills, and confidence in teaching sign language. So that hearing-impaired teachers and hearing participants can communicate fluently and the implementation of inclusive learning can be realized.
