Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Deskripsi kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan turnover intention pada profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. (2) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. (3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention pada profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. (4) Apakah model penelitian kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memprediksi turnover intention profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dan kausal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Deskripsi kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional yang dirasakan oleh profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik, dan deskripsi turnover intention yang dimiliki oleh profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital tergolong dalam kategori rendah. (2) Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. (3) Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. (4) Model kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memprediksi turnover intention pada profesi perawat Semen Padang Hospital. *********************************** The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Description of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and turnover intention of nurse profession at Semen Padang Hospital. (2) The influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurse profession at Semen Padang Hospital. (3) The influence of transformational leadership on turnover intention of nurse profession at Semen Padang Hospital. (4) Can the research model of job satisfaction and transformational leadership predict the turnover intention of nurse profession at Semen Padang Hospital. This research uses descriptive and causal. The result of this research shows that: (1) The description of job satisfaction and transformational leadership felt by the nursing profession of Semen Padang Hospital is in the very good category, and the description of turnover intention of the Semen Padang Hospital nursing profession is in the low category. (2) Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention of the nursing profession at Semen Padang Hospital. (3) Transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on the turnover intention of the nursing profession at Semen Padang Hospital. (4) Job satisfaction and transformational leadership models can predict turnover intention in the nursing profession at Semen Padang Hospital.
