Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen kelas Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health peserta didik kelas 3 SD Al-Fath Cirendeu. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perencanaan manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health peserta didik, pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health peserta didik, evaluasi manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health peserta didik kelas 3 SD Al-Fath Cirendeu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Dengan informan terdiri dari: Wakil kepala sekolah grade 1-3, pendidik kelas, peserta didik dan orang tua peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa: (1) Perencaan manajemen kelas dalam pembinaan Mental Health diawali dengan mengetahui pentingnya manajemen kelas dalam membina kesehatan mental peserta didik dengan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder yang ada. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health dilakukan dengan memperhatikan perubahan dan sistem yang akan ditetapkan sekolah, selalu menginformasikan kegiatan melalui web sekolah, social media sekolah dan dukungan dari sumberdaya yang tersedia. (3) Evaluasi manajemen kelas dalam membina Mental Health telah dilakukan berdasarkan pemantauan dan pengukuran hasil belajar dikelas **************************************************** This research aims to describe the application of classroom management in fostering the Mental Health of 3rd grade students of Al-Fath Primary School. This study focuses on classroom management planning in fostering students' Mental Health, implementation of classroom management in fostering students' Mental Health, evaluation of class management in fostering the Mental Health of 3rd grade students of Al-Fath Primary School. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. With informants consisting of: Vice principal grade 1-3, homeroom teachers, students and parents of students. The results of the study illustrate that: (1) Classroom management planning in Mental Health development begins with knowing the importance of classroom management in fostering students' Mental Health by involving all existing stakeholders. (2) The implementation of classroom management in fostering Mental Health is carried out by taking into account changes and systems that will be set by the school, always informing activities through the school's web, and support from available resources. (3) Evaluation of class management in fostering Mental Health has been carried out based on monitoring and measuring the performance results studying in the class.
