Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen program adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Depok dengan berfokus pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program adiwiyata dimulai dengan penunjukan tim inti adiwiyata, lalu menyusun dokumen berisikan identifikasi potensi dan masalah dan evaluasi diri sekolah, serta merencanakan gerakan PBLHS yang diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum. Rencana yang telah disusun tersebut selanjutnya dikoordinasi dan disosialisasi kepada para guru dan pegawai sekolah. (2) Pengorganisasian program adiwiyata dilakukan dengan membentuk tim sekolah adiwiyata dan menentukan tugas terperinci masing-masing tim. Koordinasi setiap tim dilakukan melalui media sosial dan rapat kecil yang diadakan secara fleksibel. (3) Pelaksanaan program adiwiyata dilakukan dengan pembiasaan pagi secara rutin di hari Rabu untuk pembinaan materi dan hari Jumat untuk kerja bakti, yang didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana ramah lingkungan, serta penyediaan pelatihan. Materi-materi lingkungan hidup diintegrasikan dalam RPP di berbagai mata Pelajaran dan dalam SOP pembelajaran. (4) Pengendalian program adiwiyata dilakukan dengan memantau langsung setiap kegiatan, lalu didokumentasikan melalui foto. Pada rapat akhir tahun ajaran, sekolah membahas pengendalian program berdasarkan hasil pemantauan dan hasil survei, yang nantinya akan ditindaklanjuti untuk membuat strategi pelaksanaan yang baru. ***** This research aims to describe how the Adiwiyata program is managed at SMA Negeri 3 Depok City by focusing on planning, organizing, implementation, and control. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research state that: (1) Planning for the adiwiyata program begins with appointing a core adiwiyata team, then preparing a document containing identification of potential and problems and self-evaluation of the school, as well as planning a PBLHS movement that is integrated into the curriculum. The plans that have been prepared are then coordinated and socialized to teachers and school employees. (2) Organizing the adiwiyata program is carried out by forming an adiwiyata school team and determining the detailed tasks of each team. Coordination of each team is carried out through social media and small meetings which are held flexibly. (3) The implementation of the adiwiyata program is carried out with regular morning practice on Wednesdays for material development and Fridays for community service, which is supported by environmentally friendly facilities and infrastructure, as well as the provision of training. Environmental materials are integrated in RPPs in various subjects and in learning SOPs. (4) Control of the adiwiyata program is carried out by directly monitoring each activity, then documenting it through photos. At the end of the school year meeting, the school discusses program control based on monitoring results and survey results, which will later be followed up to create a new implementation strategy.
