Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program inklusif di SDN Semper Barat 07 Pagi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan model evaluasi formatif. Model evaluasi formatif merupakan evaluasi yang dilakukan ketika program sedang dilaksanakan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti fokus pada tiga aspek yang akan dievaluasi, yaitu aspek perencanaan program inklusif, aspek pelaksanaan program inklusif, dan aspek fasilitas pendukung program inklusif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan sumber data yaitu pelaksana program inklusif, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, dan 16 wali murid Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program inklusif di SDN Semper Barat 07 Pagi sudah cukup baik, namun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam perencanaan program inklusif yang meliputi modifikasi kurikulum dan pengembangan program pembelajaran individu (PPI). In general this research’s purpose is to describe the implementation of Inclusive Program at SDN Semper Barat 07 Pagi . In this study , researcher used a formative evaluation model. The formative evaluation model is an evaluation that is carried out when the program is being implemented. The research focuses on three aspects to be evaluated, namely aspect of inclusive program planning, aspect of implementing inclusive program, and aspect of inclusive programs supporting facilities. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through a variety of ways namely observation, interviews and questionnaires with data sources that implements the inclusive programs, Children with special needs, and 16 student guardians. The results of the study shows that the implementation of Inclusive programs at SDN Semper Barat 07 Pagi is quite good, but there are some aspects that need to be improved in the planning of inclusive programs that includes modifying the curriculum and development of individual lesson plan.
