Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran sosial bagi tim sosial media spesialis di Sehat Jiwa Bahagia melalui pelatihan strategi pemasaran media sosial, yaitu pelatihan mengenai cara memasarkan suatu produk di media sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Preexperiment menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Teknik sampling Nonprobability yaitu sampling jenuh berjumlah 15 responden. Tes digunakan untuk mendapatkan data variabel tingkat pemahaman. Proses uji validitas hingga uji normalitas telah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. Untuk menguji keabsahan instrument terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrument penelitian. Dari 25 instrumen penelitian didapatkan hasil sebanyak 20 pertanyaan yang valid dan 5 pertanyaan drop. Sedangkan didapatkan hasil uji realibilitas sebesar 0,898. Hasil dari perhitungan data diperoleh hasil perhitungan 0.344 maka data berdistribusi normal. Data juga dapat dikatakan homogen jika memiliki nilai signifikasi lebih dari 0,05, pada penelitian ini didapat nilai signifikasi 0,06 maka data bisa dikatakan homogen. Dilihat dari hasil uji-t yang disajikan yaitu menyajikan hasil uji statistik t memiliki nilai t hitung > t tabel (12,4>1,753) yang berarti terdapat peningkatan kemampuan prmasaran sosial bagi tim sosial media spesialis di Sehat Jiwa Bahagia. iii Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran sosial bagi tim sosial media spesialis di Sehat Jiwa Bahagia. ******************************************** This study aims to improve social marketing skills for the specialist social media team at Sehat Jiwa Bahagia through social media marketing strategy training, namely training on how to market a product on social media. This research method uses the Pre-experiment research method using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used was the Non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling totaling 15 respondents. The test is used to obtain data on the level of understanding variables. The process of testing the validity of the normality test has been carried out to obtain results that are in accordance with the facts in the field. To test the validity of the instrument, a research instrument trial was first carried out. Of the 25 research instruments, 20 valid questions and 5 drop questions were obtained. Meanwhile, the results of the reliability test were 0.898. The results of the calculation of the data obtained calculation results 0.344 then the data is normally distributed. The data can also be said to be homogeneous if it has a significance value of more than 0.05, in this study a significance value of 0.06 was obtained, then the data could be said to be homogeneous. Judging from the results of the t-test presented, which presents the results of the statistical test, t has a value of t count > t table (12.4> 1.753) which means that there is an increase in social marketing skills for the specialist social media team at Sehat Jiwa Bahagia. The conclusion is that there is an increase in social marketing skills for the specialist social media team at Sehat Jiwa Bahagia.
