Abstract

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Subjek penelitian yang akan diteliti adalah beban non linier dan beban non linier dan juga alat pengukuran kWh Meter Digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan 8 kali penelitian dengan melakukan variasi dari jumlah Beban lampu pada penelitiannya denga menggunakan Beban lampu linier lampu pijar 40 watt, 15 watt, 25 watt, dan 100 watt. Dan lampu LED 40 watt, 6 watt, 50 watt, 30 watt, dan 100 watt. Penelitian masing-masing dilakukan selama 60 menit. Pada Penelitian ini kesalahan pembacaan pada hasil pengukuran dipengaruhi oleh distorsi harmonisa Arus atau THD-I dan juga distorsi harmonisa tegangan atau disebut juga THD-v. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kerja kWh meter akan berpengaruh terhadap beban yang diukur. Pemberian beban linier akan berpengaruh terhadap pengukuran pada kWh meter Digital. Pada pengujian beban linier semakin banyak pemberian daya maka akan tidak akurat transaksi energy listrik pada kWh meter digital. Karena semakin besar daya maka THD-i dan THD-v semakin besar pemberian beban non linier akan berpengaruh terhadap pengukuran pada kWh meter Digital. Pada pengujian beban linier semakin banyak pemberian daya maka akan tidak akurat transaksi energy listrik pada kWh meter digital. Karena semakin besar daya maka THD-i dan THD-v semakin besar Beban linier dan beban non linier masing masing mengalami kesalahan pembacaan pada kWh meter, tetapi kesalahan pengukuran paling tinggi ialah pada beban non linier 100 watt yang memiliki THD-i sebesar 137.91 dan THD-v mencapai 1.85 % dengan kesalahan pengukuran 14,83%. Sedangkan pengukuran transakasi energy listrik lebih baik pada pengukuran 40 beban linier memiliki THD-i sebesar 2.36 dan THD-v Sebesar 1.74 mencapai 0,98% Kata kunci : kWh Meter Digital ,beban linier, beban non linear, Distorsi harmonik (THD) "THE EFFECT OF LINEAR LOADS AND NON-LINER LOADS ON ELECTRICAL ENERGY ON DIGITAL KWH METERS". Mentor Dr. Massus Subekti, S. Pd, M. T and Imam Arif Rahardjo, M. T The purpose of the study was to find out the effects of linear and non linear loads on fault readings on kWh meters. The method used is the experimental method. The research subjects to be researched are non linear loads and non linear loads and also Digital kWh Meter measurement tools. The research was conducted 8 times the research by making variations of the amount of lamp load on his research by using the load of light bulb linear 40 watts, 15 watts, 25 watts, and 100 watts. And the LED lights are 40 watts, 6 watts, 50 watts, 30 watts, and 100 watts. Each study was conducted for 60 minutes. In this research error readings on the measurement results are influenced by distortion of the current distortion or THD-I as well as distortion of the voltage distortion or also called THD-V. The results showed that the work of kWh meters would affect the measured load. Linear load-giving affects measurements on Digital kWh meters. On the linear load testing more power is given, it will not accurately deal with electrical energy on the digital kWh meter. As the larger the power then THD-I and THD-v the larger the non linear load will affect the measurements on Digital kWh meters. On the linear load testing more power is given, it will not accurately deal with electrical energy on the digital kWh meter. As the larger the power then THD-I and THD-V are getting larger linear loads and non linear loads each having an error reading at kWh meters, but the highest measurement error is at a non linear 100 watt load that has THD-I as big as 137.91 and THD-V reached 1.85% with a 14.83% measurement error. While the measurement of electrical energy transacation is better at the measurement of 40 linear load has THD-I of 2.36 and THD-v 1.74 reach 0.98% Key words: Digital kWh Meter, linear load, non linear load, harmonic distortion (THD)
