The research population includes all 2023 Physical Education students, and sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, which ensures the sample meets predetermined criteria. The research instruments are in the form of questionnaires and assessment rubrics which have gone through validity and reliability tests. The validity test is carried out by content analysis by relevant experts, to ensure the questionnaire reflects the concept being measured, while the reliability test is carried out by internal reliability testing to assess the consistency of the instrument.
