Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat di era modern memerlukan pendidikan yang berkualitas, khususnya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), yang fokus pada pembekalan kompetensi keahlian sesuai kebutuhan industri. Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi belajar dan faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas pendukung, termasuk fasilitas bengkel untuk praktik. Pengamatan di beberapa SMK di Jakarta Timur menunjukkan keterbatasan fasilitas bengkel dan variasi motivasi belajar berdampak pada rendahnya hasil. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan simpel random sampling sebanyak 184 siswa dari populasi SMK Teknik Pemesinan Se-Jakarta Timur. Hasil analisis jalur pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) Fasilitas Bengkel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai sebesar 17,6% dan nilai t sebesar 2,705 yang diukur pada taraf signifikansi 5%. 2). Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilaikoefisien determinasi sebesar 17,6% dan nilai Thitung 6.400 pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. 3) Fasilitas bengkel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar dengan Thitung sebesar 8,236 dengan signifikansi 0,000 atau < 0,05 yang dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 26,8% 4). Fasilitas Bengkel memiliki Pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar, dengan kontribusi pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 34,9%. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi belajar merupakan mediator penting dalam hubungan antara fasilitas bengkel dan Hasil belajar. Student learning outcomes are influenced by internal factors such as learning motivation and external factors such as supporting facilities, including workshop facilities for practice. Observations in several vocational schools in East Jakarta show that the limited workshop facilities and variations in learning motivation have an impact on low results. The method used was quantitative with the distribution of questionnaires and used cluster random sampling techniques and simple random sampling as many as 184 students from the population of Mechanical Engineering Vocational Schools in East Jakarta. The results of the path analysis in this study stated that 1) Workshop Facilities had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with a coefficient value of 0.206 and a Thical of 2.705 with a significance of 0.000 or < 0.05. 2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with a coefficient value of 0.488 and a Count of 6.400 with a significance of 0.006 or < 0.05. 3) Workshop facilities have a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation with a t-value of 8.236 and a significance of 0.000 or < 0.05, as evidenced by a coefficient of determination of 26.8%. 4) Workshop facilities have a significant influence on learning outcomes through learning motivation, with an indirect contribution of 34.9%. This emphasizes that learning motivation is an important mediator in the relationship between workshop facilities and learning outcomes.
