Abstract

SMK BPS&K 2 Jakarta membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mengelola data dan informasi sekolah dengan lebih efektif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara awal, ditemukan beberapa kendala pada sistem yang sebelumnya digunakan, seperti antarmuka yang kurang intuitif dan fitur yang tidak memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) website SMK BPS&K 2 Jakarta menggunakan metode Five Planes, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, dan surface plane. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Figma untuk menghasilkan high-fidelity prototype yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Prototipe yang dirancang mencakup berbagai fitur seperti tambah, edit, hapus, dan simpan data, agar menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sekolah untuk mengelola informasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui usability testing menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Single Ease Question (SEQ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 91,25 dengan kategori “Best Imaginable”, grade scale “A”, dan tingkat penerimaan “Acceptable”. Hasil SEQ menghasilkan rata-rata skor 6,845, menunjukkan bahwa desain prototype mudah digunakan. ***** SMK BPS&K 2 Jakarta needs a web-based information system to manage school data and information more effectively. Based on the results of initial interviews, several obstacles were found in the previously used system, such as an unintuitive interface and features that did not meet user needs. This study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the SMK BPS&K 2 Jakarta website using the Five Planes method, which consists of five stages: strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, and surface plane. The design was carried out using the Figma application to produce a high-fidelity prototype that suits user needs. The prototype designed includes various features such as add, edit, delete, and save data, to suit the school's needs to manage information easily and quickly. Evaluation was carried out through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Single Ease Question (SEQ) questionnaires. The test results showed an average SUS score of 91.25 with the category "Best Imaginable", grade scale "A", and acceptance level "Acceptable". The SEQ results produced an average score of 6.845, indicating that the prototype design was easy to use.
