Abstract

Penelitian dari Model Aktivitas Calisthenics berbasis permainan untuk anak usia 7-8 tahun ini bertujuan untuk membuat model permainan modifikasi dari cabang olahraga calisthenics yang peruntukannya untuk anak usia 7-8tahun. Waktu yang digunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi pada bulan Agustus - Januari 2025 yang bertempat di Lingkungan Bojong Rt 004 Rw 019 Sukmajaya Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development dengan menggunakan teori ADDIE. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 7-8 tahun di Lingkungan Bojong yang berjumlah 10 orang. Uji coba yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan 15 model permainan untuk calisthenics anak usia 7-8 tahun yang telah dibuat peneliti untuk dianalisa dengan justifikasi oleh ahli (expret judgment). Setelah dilakukan validasi dan revisi kembali oleh dosen ahli maka didapatkanlah 15 model permainan calisthenics untuk anak usia 7-8 tahun yang dinyatakan layak untuk diaplikasikan kepada anak usia 7-8 tahun. Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah, peneliti berhasil dalam mengembangkan 15 model permainan calisthenics untuk anak usia 7-8 tahun yang layak diaplikasikan untuk anak usia 7-8 tahun dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan latihan dasar cabang olahraga calisthenics :Hanging (menggantung), Australian pull up, Chair dips, High plank, Lunges, Yaitu meningkat 54%. Kata Kunci: Model Aktivitas Calisthenics Berbasis Permainan Untuk Anak usia 7-8 Tahun **** This research on a game-based Calisthenics Activity model for children aged 7-8 years aims to create a modified game model for the sport of calisthenics which is intended for children aged 7-8 years. The time used in preparing the thesis was August - January 2025, located in the Bojong Rt 004 Rw 019 Sukmajaya Depok area. The research method used is Research & Development using ADDIE theory. The research subjects used in this research were 10 children aged 7-8 years in the Bojong area. The trial was carried out by providing 15 game models for calisthenics children aged 7-8 years which had been created by researchers to be analyzed with justification by experts (expret judgment). After validation and revision by expert lecturers, 15 models of calisthenics games for children aged 7-8 years were obtained which were declared suitable for application to children aged 7-8 years. The final conclusion obtained through this research is that the researchers succeeded in developing 15 models of calisthenics games for children aged 7-8 years which are suitable for application for children aged 7-8 years and can improve basic training abilities in the calisthenics branch: Hanging, Australian pull ups, Chair dips, High plank, Lunges, that is, an increase 54%.
