Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa model permainan outbound dalam pengembangan kemampuan kemampuan bersosialisasi siswa sekolah dasar. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2024 yang bertempat di SDN Rawamangun 09, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research & Development (R & D) dari ADDIE dengan membuat produk berupa model permainan outbound dengan 5 (lima) tahapan, yaitu 1.) Analisis (Analyze), 2.) Desain (Design), 3.) Pengembangan (Development), 4.) Pelaksanaan (Implement), 5.) Evaluasi (Evaluate). Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Rawamangun 09, Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Model permainan outbound yang dibuat kemudian di uji validasi dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli, dimana model permainan yang dibuat di uji cobakan, kemudian di konsultasikan dan divalidasi oleh para ahli sesuai dengan variabel yang terkait. Uji coba dilakukan dengan memberikan 15 model permainan outbound yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti untuk dianalisa dengan pengisian angket justifikasi oleh ahli (expert judgment). Setelah divalidasi oleh ahli maka didapatkanlah 13 model permainan outbound yang dinyatakan layak dan kemudian diaplikasikan kepada siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil dari pengaplikasian model permainan outbound dinilai efektif dan membantu siswa mau untuk kemampuan bersosialisasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah, 12 model permainan outbound dalam kemampuan kemampuan bersosialisasi yang peneliti buat telah layak diaplikasikan untuk siswa sekolah dasar. **** This research aims to produce a product in the form of an outbound game model for developing the socialization skills of elementary school students. Data collection was conducted in December 2024 at SDN Rawamangun 09, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is the Research & Development (R & D) method from ADDIE by creating a product in the form of an outbound game model with 5 (five) stages, namely 1.) Analysis, 2.) Design, 3.) Development, 4.) Implementation, 5.) Evaluation. The subjects used in this study were fifth-grade students at SDN Rawamangun 09, East Jakarta, totaling 20 students. The outbound game model that was created was then validated using expert judgment, where the game model was tested, then consulted and validated by experts according to the relevant variables. The trial was conducted by providing 15 outbound game models created by the researcher to be analyzed through expert judgment questionnaires. After being validated by experts, 13 outbound game models were deemed suitable and then applied to elementary school students. The results of the application of the outbound game models were deemed effective and helped students to be willing to socialize. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the 12 outbound game models in socialization skills created by the researcher are suitable for application to elementary school students.
