Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan diri melalui kegiatan outbound pada mahasiswa olahraga rekreasi FIKK UNJ . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampus Timur Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Adapun penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 sebanyak 36 mahasiswa, teknik dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket kepercayaan diri dan teknis analisis, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic uji-t. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas, yang mana dari 36 soal terdapat 26 soal valid dan reabilitas di atas > 0,60. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kegiatan outbound berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa olahraga rekreasi FIKK UNJ. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data tes awal dan tes akhir kepercayaan diri dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai thitung. Selanjutnya diuji dengan ttabel pada derajat kebebasan, diperoleh nilai ttabel, dengan demikian nilai thitung > nilai ttabel atau 19.770 > 1.690. Dengan terbukti nilai thitung > nilai ttabel dapat dinyatakan bahwa kegiatan outbound mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ****** The aim of this research is to find out how self-confidence is achieved through outbound activities among FIKK UNJ recreational sports students. This research was conducted at the East Campus of Jakarta State University, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This research was carried out in December 2024 with a total of 36 students. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. In this research, data collection used research instruments in the form of self-confidence questionnaires and technical analysis, in this research, t-test statistics were used. In this research, validity and reliability tests were carried out, of which 26 questions were valid and reliability was above >0.60. The results of this research state that outbound activities have an influence and can increase the self-confidence of FIKK UNJ recreational sports students. This is evident from the results of the initial test data analysis and the final test of self-confidence analyzed using the t-test. From the results of data analysis, the tcount value was obtained. Next, it was tested with ttable on degrees of freedom, the ttable value was obtained, thus the tcount value > ttable value or 19,770 > 1,690. By proving that the tcount > ttable value, it can be stated that outbound activities have an influence on the self-confidence of students at the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences, Jakarta State University.
