Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pemahaman dan analisis terhadap fenomena kesenjangan akses Pendidikan bagi masyarakat serta tingkat putus sekolah di jenjang SD dan SMP di Ibu kota Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Peran Organisasi Pendidikan non formal dalam lingkup kampus yaitu desa Pendidikan FISH UNJ tahun 2024 menggunakan teori Neo Institusionalism oleh Scott dan melihat bagaimana program desa pendidikan dapat berperan bagi masyarakat di kecamatan pulo gadung Jakarta timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari Februari hingga Oktober 2024 di RPTRA Jaka Berseri, Jatinegara Kaum, Kec. Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur dan juga di Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum UNJ. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari delapan orang informan yakni Ketua umum BEM FISH UNJ, Kepala Departemen Sosial dan Politik BEM FISH UNJ, Kepala sekolah Desa Pendidikan, Sekretaris RPTRA Jaka Berseri, Orang tua anak binaan, serta 3 anak binaan desa Pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Peran Pendidikan non formal suatu organisasi dalam lingkup kampus yaitu desa Pendidikan FISH UNJ tahun 2024 dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Neo Institusionalism berhasil melihat bahwa tiga pilar utama institusionalisasi yakni, regulatif, normatif, dan kognitif. direalisasikan oleh desa pendidikan sehingga dapat bertahan dan diterima oleh masyarakat sekitar. Selain itu penelitian ini juga melihat program-program yang dilaksanakan serta evaluasi dari segala kegiatan desa pendidikan dapat berperan bagi masyarakat di kecamatan pulo gadung Jakarta Timur. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pendidikan Nonformal, Desa Pendidikan, neo institusionalism./This research focuses on understanding and analyzing the phenomenon of unequal access to education among communities and the dropout rates at the elementary and junior high school levels in Jakarta. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of non-formal education organizations within the campus sphere, specifically the Desa Pendidikan FISH UNJ in 2024, through the perspective of Neo-Institutionalism by Scott and to understand how Desa Pendidikan programs contribute to society in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta. This research employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The study was conducted from February to October 2024 at RPTRA Jaka Berseri, Jatinegara Kaum, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta, as well as at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, UNJ. The research subjects consist of eight informants, namely the General Chairperson of BEM FISH UNJ, the Head of the Social and Political Department of BEM FISH UNJ, the Principal of Desa Pendidikan, the Secretary of RPTRA Jaka Berseri, parents of the foster children, and three foster children of Desa Pendidikan. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The research findings reveal that the role of a campus-based non-formal education organization, such as Desa Pendidikan FISH UNJ in 2024, analyzed using the Neo-Institutionalism theory, successfully demonstrates the realization of the three main pillars of institutionalization regulative, normative, and cognitive. These pillars are implemented by Desa Pendidikan to ensure sustainability and acceptance by the surrounding community. Furthermore, the study examines the programs carried out and the evaluations of all Desa Pendidikan activities, highlighting their impact on the community in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta.
