Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat model latihan karate berbasis permainan untuk meningkatkan minat pada anak usia 6-8 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilingkungan masyarakat RW 01, Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan teori ADDIE. Subjek penelitan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 6-8 tahun yang berjumlah 15 anak. Model latihan karate berbasis permainan yang dibuat kemudian diuji validasi dengan ahli, model yang dibuat diuji coba dilakukan dengan cara memberikan 11 model latihan karate berbasis permainan yang dibuat peneliti untuk dianalisis oleh dosen ahli. Model yang divalidasi oleh dosen ahli didapat 13 model latihan karate berbasis permainan yang dinyatakan layak untuk diaplikasikan kepada anak usia 6-8 tahun. Kesimpulan akhir penelitian ini adalah berhasil dalam membuat 13 model latihan karate yang layak diaplikasikan untuk anak usia 6-8 tahun, dengan hasil dari pengolahan data terlihat bahwa hasil sebelum diberikan pertemuan, hasil tes awal sebanyak 771 dengan rata-rata 51.4% dibulatkan menjadi 51% dan hasil tes akhir mendapatkan hasil sebanyak 1300 dengan rata-rata 86,7% dibulatkan menjadi 87%. Setelah melalui proses presentase maka hasil efektivitas yang didapatkan oleh anak usia 6-8 tahun melalui model permainan futsal untuk anak usia 6-8 tahun sejumlah 70,59%. Kata kunci : Latihan karate, Permainan, Anak usia 6-8 tahun. ***** This study aims to create a game-based karate training model to increase interest in children aged 6-8 years. This research was carried out in the community of RW 01, Cipinang Cempedak Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta. The research method used is Research and Development using ADDIE theory. The research subjects used in this study are children aged 6-8 years who are 15 children. The game-based karate training model was then tested for validation with experts, the model was tested by providing 11 game-based karate training models made by researchers for analysis by expert lecturers. The model validated by expert lecturers was obtained by 13 game-based karate training models that were declared suitable for application to children aged 6-8 years. The final conclusion of this study is that it was successful in making 13 karate training models that are suitable for children aged 6-8 years, with the results of data processing showing that the results before being given the meeting, the results of the initial test were 771 with an average of 51.4 rounded to 51 and the final test results got a result of 1300 with an average of 86.7 rounded to 87. After going through the percentage process, the effectiveness results obtained by children aged 6-8 years through the futsal game model for children aged 6-8 years were 70.59%.
