Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model permainan berbasis persepsi kinestetik yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik dan keterampilan motorik siswa sekolah dasar. Model permainan ini dirancang untuk menarik minat siswa agar lebih aktif dalam kegiatan luar ruangan, sekaligus menstimulasi kecerdasan kinestetik mereka. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa SD Negeri 09 Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok uji coba dan kelompok validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model permainan yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik siswa, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan koordinasi gerak, keseimbangan, serta respons kinestetik. Validasi ahli juga menyatakan bahwa model ini layak digunakan dalam lingkungan sekolah dasar sebagai metode pembelajaran berbasis gerak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa model permainan berbasis persepsi kinestetik dapat dijadikan referensi dalam mengembangkan program aktivitas fisik di sekolah dasar guna mendukung perkembangan motorik anak secara optimal. ***** This study aims to develop a kinesthetic perception-based game model to enhance physical activity and motor skills in elementary school students. The game model is designed to attract students' interest in outdoor activities while stimulating their kinesthetic intelligence. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE approach, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study involved 30 students from SD Negeri 09 Rawamangun, East Jakarta, divided into test and validation groups. The results indicate that the developed game model effectively improves students' motor skills, as demonstrated by increased movement coordination, balance, and kinesthetic response. Expert validation also confirmed that this model is suitable for use in elementary school environments as a movement-based learning method. The findings of this study suggest that a kinesthetic perception-based game model can serve as a reference for developing physical activity programs in elementary schools to support children's optimal motor development.
