Abstract

*ABSTRAK*Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara 1) kekuatan otot lengan dengan ketepatan smash; 2) power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan smash; 3) koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash; dan 4) hubungan antara otot lengan, power otot tungkai, dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash pada pemain bolavoli SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas kekuatan otot lengan (X1), power otot tungkai(X2), koordinasi mata tangan (X3) dan variabel terikat ketepatan smash (Y). Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 20 orang pemain bolavoli di ekstrakurikuler voli SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian tes kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan push up, tes power otot tungkai menggunakan vertical jump, tes koordinasi mata tangan menggunakan hand wall tos, dan tes ketepatan smash. Hasil penelitian: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan ketepatan smash bolavoli ekstrakurikuler SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Rx1y = 0,566 > Rtabel(20) 0,444); (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan smash bolavoli ekstrakurikuler SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Rx2y = 0,965 > Rtabel(20) 0,444); (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash bolavoli ekstrakurikuler SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Rx3y = 0,944 > Rtabel(20) 0,444); (4) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan, power otot tungkai dan koordinasi mata tangan secara bersama sama dengan ketepatan smash bolavoli ekstrakurikuler SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Fhitung = 100,655 > Ftabel = 3,24). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan, power otot tungkai, koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash pada pemain bolavoli SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. *****ABSTRACT*This study aims to determine the relationship between 1) arm muscle strength and smash accuracy; 2) leg muscle power and smash accuracy; 3) hand-eye coordination and smash accuracy; and 4) the relationship between arm muscles, leg muscle power, and hand-eye coordination and smash accuracy in volleyball players of SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive correlational. The design of this study consists of independent variables of arm muscle strength (X1), leg muscle power (X2), hand-eye coordination (X3) and dependent variable of smash accuracy (Y). Until this study used total sampling with a total of 20 volleyball players in the volleyball extracurricular at SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. The research instrument was the arm muscle strength test using push ups, the leg muscle power test using vertical jumps, the hand-eye coordination test using hand wall tos, and the smash accuracy test. The results of the study: (1) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and the Accuracy of Volleyball Smashes at SMK PKP 1 Jakarta Extracurricular (Rx1y = 0.566 > Rtable (20) 0.444); (2) There is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of the Volleyball Smash Extracurricular SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Rx2y = 0.965 > Rtable (20) 0.444); (3) There is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and the accuracy of the Volleyball Smash Extracurricular SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Rx3y = 0.944 > Rtable (20) 0.444); (4) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength, leg muscle power and hand-eye coordination together with the accuracy of the Volleyball Smash Extracurricular SMK PKP 1 Jakarta (Fcount = 100.655 > Ftable = 3.24). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength, leg muscle power, hand-eye coordination with the accuracy of the smash in volleyball players at SMK PKP 1 Jakarta.
