Abstract
Dalam rangka menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis sangat dinamis, salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh sebuah organisasi adalah mampu mengajak karyawan untuk terlibat terhadap organisasinya. Peranan keterlibatan karyawan merupakan hal yang sangat krusial yang dirasakan saat ini bahwa pentingnya peran keterlibatan karyawan sebagai penentu utama hasil organisasi dan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model keterlibatan karyawan secara konseptual dan empiris dengan menganalisis, menguji, dan menemukan pengaruh personality dan organizational culture terhadap keterlibatan karyawan melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja di PT Asco Prima Mobilindo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 134 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan software SEM-PLS. Terdapat 5 hipotesis yang diterima dan 2 hipotesis yang ditolak dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan bahwa personality. organizational culture, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja. Organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap keterlibatan karyawan melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja. Akan tetapi, personality tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja. Kemudian, organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam lingkungan perusahaan yang dinamis. ***** In order to face a changing the business environment is very dynamic, one of the challenges faced by an organization is being able to invite employees to be involved in their organization. The role of employee involvement is a very crucial thing which is currently felt by the importance of the role of employee involvement as the main determinant of organizational and employee results. This research aims to build a conceptual and empirical model by analyzing, testing and discovering the influence of personality and organizational culture on employee engagement through the quality of work life at PT Asco Prima Mobilindo. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 134 employees. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SEM-PLS software. There were 5 accepted hypotheses and 2 rejected hypotheses in this research. The results of hypothesis testing found that personality. organizational culture and quality of work life have a direct positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on the quality of work life. Organizational culture has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee engagement through the quality of work life. However, personality does not have a direct positive and significant effect on the quality of work life. Then, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement through the quality of work life. The findings of this research provide emphasis and recommendations for increasing employee engagement in a dynamic corporate environment.
