Abstract
Kreativitas pendidik dalam mengajar menentukan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pendidik yang kreatif dalam mengajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Tidak hanya pendidik pada pendidikan umum, pendidik di lingkungan pendidikan Polri juga dituntut untuk kreatif dalam mengajar. Namun faktanya kreativitas pendidik Polri rendah. Perlu strategi nyata untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dalam mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, proactif personality dan iklim organisasi terhadap kreativitas pendidik dalam mengajar yang dimediasi oleh pengembangan karir pendidik Lemdiklat Polri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 648 pendidik bersertifikat pendidik dari sembilan satuan pendidikan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 248 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS berbantuan software smartpls versi 4. Temuan penelitian antara lain; terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap kreativitas mengajar, self-efficacy terhadap pengembangan karir, iklim organisasi terhadap pengembangan karir, iklim organisasi terhadap kreativitas pendidik dalam mengajar dan pengembangan karir terhadap kreativitas mengajar. Temuan lainnya yaitu pengembangan karir memediasi pengaruh proactive personality terhadap kreativitas mengajar dan juga memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kreativitas mengajar. Temuan penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh lembaga pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dalam mengajar berbasis self-efficacy, proactive personality, iklim organisasi sekolah yang dimediasi oleh pengembangan karir pendidik*******Educators' creativity in teaching determines the achievement of learning goals. Educators who are creative in teaching can increase students' motivation to learn. Educators in general education and also educators in the National Police education environment are required to be creative in teaching. However, the fact is that the creativity of National Police educators is low. A real strategy is needed to increase educators' creativity in teaching. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, proactive personality, and organizational climate on educators' creativity in teaching mediated by the career development of educators of the National Police Education and Training Institute. The population of this study is 648 certified educators from 9 educational units, and the sample in this study is 248 respondents. The method of this research is to use a quantitative research method with data analysis using SEM-PLS assisted by smartpls software version 4. The study's findings positively and significantly influence self-efficacy in teaching creativity, self-efficacy on career development, organizational climate on career development, organizational climate on educator creativity in teaching, and career development on teaching creativity. Another finding is that career development mediates proactive personality to teaching creativity and organizational climate to teaching creativity. Educational institutions can use this study's findings to increase educators' creativity in teaching based on self-efficacy, proactive personality, and school organizational climate-mediated by educator career development.
